I wake up then get ready for school.
My phone starts ringing. I look at it and see tavion calling me
"Hey"
"Morning baby"
"You spoke to the doctor?"
"Yeah they said I'm able to go home today. I'm leaving in a couple hours"
"Good. I'll come round yours after school then"
"Aight I'll see you later"
"Bye" I say before hanging up
I get my bag then go into moms room to say bye
I knock on her door then open it. She's not in here. She's probably downstairs
I walk downstairs and see Kayla sitting on the couch on her phone
"Hey, where's mom"
"She left early this morning"
"Where'd she go"
She shrugs her shoulders then goes back to doing whatever it was she was on her phone
I walk into the kitchen and put two waffles in the toaster as usaul
It finishes and I take it out
I quickly eat it then leave the kitchen
"Bye Kayla"
"Bye sis"
I leave the house then start my walk. Sometimes I like to walk to because I get to be alone and just clear my head
I get to school seeing kyree and crystal pull up at the same time as me
"Hey y'all"
"Hey" they say in unison
"How'd things with tae go yesterday?" Crystal asks me
"We good now" I smile
"I knew y'all would be good"
"Anyways lets go class" I say then we start walking in the direction of class
"Hey y'all wait up!" I hear from behind us. I turn around and see Leilani
I roll my eyes
I see crystal caught onto my changed mood due to her furrowed eyebrows
'Later' I mouth to her
She nods
"Wassup" kyree says
I just faintly smile at her
We all go to class
As I walk into the class I spot kelisha. She looks beat up. Literally. She has a black eye even though she tried to cover it with make up it's still visible and many other other bruises on her face
