"i don't know what's happening with you, you're always with me but i feel like your mind is somewhere else." he softly extends a hand to her which she waved away. "don't comfort me." she smiled softly.

"i'm not going to explain myself, i'm not going to try to change your mind." her words were like bullets through his heart. realization hitting him that she too was letting go. "but i'm going to tell you one thing." she clears her throat, swallowing a big lump of tears.

"thank you for being my favorite." her voice rang so quietly, it made jeongguk snap in her direction.

"my favorite pair of eyes to look at, my favorite voice to listen to, favorite notification, favorite way to spend my time."
