"joo eunjae, where do i start. you know how people say 'there's just something about you'. well, there is something about you. scratch that, it's everything about you. the way you cut your hair when you're bored, the way you drink gatorade only during practice, the way that you are simple and pleasant to look at, the way you are just you. i knew you would never love me back, but i adored you anyway. i realized, ever since you came into my life, you had become my first thought in the morning when i wake up, and the last thought i have before i sleep at night. i've become attached to you, and you've become my favorite drug. i love you, i always will. you are not my first love, but you sure as hell will be my last. my mind hasn't grasped the fact that i am in love with you, but my heart has. and, lastly, i am sorry." he finishes, glancing up at eunjae who looked at him blankly. her glance made something in him die a little.

"you broke my heart and all you could say is sorry?" she scoffs.

"you are so damn lucky i'm in love with you." she broke out into a smile.
