Chapter 7

Caleb's POV

I set the blanket and got the food ready, Emily was helping me. But early er she seamed to have something on her mind. She seamed excited to know I was a soccer player, I wish I knew more about her. We ate the chicken salad sandwich's I made, and the fruit salad. I tried to know more about her past but she seamed to trail away from the topic. So I decided, to get a soccer game started, Emily was not scared of the ball or getting hurt. I bumped in to her,  well more like ran into her. She fell and I all most had a heart attack. She layed there for a good 2 minutes, of course I got there 2 seconds after she fell. She opened her eyes, and looked at me.

You know, you should not run into people like that - Emily said

Sorry, habit did I hurt you? - I said

No not at all, I can take a hit - Emily said with a smile

Again I'm sorry - Me

Caleb stop amd just kiss me already - Emily

Its like she could read my mind, I was not sure if it was the right time. But for her to say that was awsome, she sat up and put her arms around my neck. Then she put her four head to my four head. I put my arms around her hips, then she kissed me, I kissed her back. We kissed till we could not breath, she pulled away and open her eyes and looked at me.

I could not help it I wanted to date her, I want her to be mine. Our kiss was like nothing I had ever felt before.

Emily - I said

Yes - Emily

Umm the surprise is about to start - I said

What I'm I doing i want to ask her to be my girlfriend. But instead I grabed the picnic stuff and lead Emily to the stadium seats. we sat on the 3rd row. I got the blanket and put it on us and got out the cupcakes I got from small cakes®.

Cupcakes! - Emily said with a big smile

Yeah do you like chocolate? - Me

Yes! - Emily said

Emily's POV

Caleb gave me a cupcake we started eating our cupcakes, then some guys come out on the field and set some boxes down. I was confused, I looked at Caleb and he just smile. Then fireworks started, he planed a fireworks show for me, We ate and watched.

That was amazing, Caleb - I said

Thanks - Caleb said

He packed all the stuff and we were about to leave when Caleb stopped me.

Emily, I wanted to ask you some thing - Caleb said

Well ok, go ahead - I said trying to sound normal

Emily will you be my girl friend? - Caleb

Wow - I was surprised and excited

Emily I know its only been our 1st date but please give me a chance

- Caleb

Yes - I said

I lend in for a kiss Caleb gladly accepted the kiss.

Wow when we kissed on the field it felt like I was one of the fireworks. Caleb makes me happy, I think I'm falling for him.

But what about Alex, No stop Emily you now have a boyfriend. Plus Alex did brake your heart. I'm mean I am scared of getting hurt by Alex again but with Caleb I feel safe.
