Chapter 8

Caleb's POV

I drove Emily back home, she told me I could hang out with her. But I was tired, I love being with Emily and now she's My girlfriend.

Night beautiful - Me

Night, Boyfriend - Emily said

She must feel the same thing I do. But she could have been messing with my feelings, she proved me wrong.

Caleb I like you, I have never felt the way I feel now. - Emily

Emily I don't think I can live with out you - I said

Emily thought a moment then smiled. She walked in her aunts house, she said she would call me later. I can't wait till ''later'' if I ever know when.

Emily's POV

Caleb wants to spend the rest of his life with me. I did not know what to think, I mean I'm scary that I marry the wrong person. But then I do want to find Love , I needed to think. I woke up the next morning, and went downstairs to eat breakfast.

Good morning aunt Sela - I said

Morning you seam happy so what happened on your date?-Sela asked

I sat down next to her on the island in her kitchen and told her about our date. Even the kiss, she did not act the same way she did when I kissed Alex.

Well I guess your off the market - Sela

I guess, I'm going for a run. This time I will take my phone - I said as walking out the door.

I decide to run the same path as I did when I meet Caleb. I was about 20 minutes into my run. I was about a block away from were the guys play soccer in the mornings. When I heard my name being called from behind me.

Emily, Emily is that you? - Alex

Alex is the last person I want to talk to right now. I still have not told him about me and Caleb. I'm just don't know how to tell him.

Hi, Alex - I said

Emily I tried to stop by your aunts house last night. But your aunt said you were on a date - Alex said also walking closer to me

Umm yea I was - I said

Well I thought you were into me - Alex said with a face I have never seen, but man does it scare me

Alex I really need to go, can we talk later - I said trying to walk away

Do you need to go talk to your boyfriend Caleb? - Alex said

I'm sorry, come again? - Me

don't act like he's not your boyfriend! - Alex

He is, I never said he was not, and last date I had with you. You kissed another girl ! so don't act like I'm the bad guy - I said almost yelling

By now Alex has his hands on my hips, I'm trying to pull away but I can't. The only thing that is running to my mind is I need to get away.

You know your only making this worst - Alex said

He leans in for a kiss, but I push away. He only gets mad and holds me closer.

Alex Stop!! - I yell

Fine - Alex says and pulls away

He walks away, I don't know where to go but all I know is that Candice's house is just half a block away. I run to her house as fast as I can, I get there ring the door bell like 3 times. She finally opens the door

Candice - I say trying not to cry

She pulls me in for a hug and walks me in to her living room.

Emily? what's wrong - Candice said with a worried look on her face

Well Alex - That's all I could say, I was speechless

Alex what? - Candice said

He tried to kiss me and he scared me, he's not the same. He found out about me and Caleb.

Now I'm crying in her arms.

Candice, what if he hurts Caleb - I say

Her expression says it all. She looks mad,sad,worried and upset

Well first Emily we need to get you cleaned up, then we need to go tell Caleb. - Candice

Why - I said

Because he can protect you! - Candice said with a face full of anger

I did not know what that meant but I went and washed my face off.
