"Are you free this weekend?" Sungjae asked on the other side of the phone. He's currently away for a joint practice from other school so Sooyoung was practically alone for the time being. Them being a pair was already out so Sooyoung was kind of careful not to get attention.

She's reading in the cafeteria while having her snack when Sungjae called her. He was away for two days already, it's been three months after the tournament but the topic hasn't died down yet. Sungjae was reluctant to leave and was even ready to make an excuse just so he could bring her along to their practice, Sooyoung said she'll be fine. Now that everyone know that she play games, she started to receive letters and friend requests. Irene-unnie who also played the game became even more popular but no one can get close to her because of Taehyung who is always by her side. Sungjae told her that he envied Taehyung because of that.

"This weekend? Ah, A friend of mine invited me to a party, why?" Sooyoung remembered Yoon invited her. He said it was a birthday.

"Nothing... I just thought that maybe we could watch a movie or something but since you already have a plan, let's go next time."

"I'm sorry." Sooyoung felt disheartened for a moment. But they can make it up the next day.

It's really a waste that he's busy and just when he already had a free time, she can't be with him. But she promised Yoon that she'll be there...

"It's okay. It's also my fault anyway, I'm busy with Taekwondo. I hope you're not that lonely to get another guy."

"Ya, I'm not like that you know..."

Sungjae chuckled. "I know, I was just teasing you." he stopped and exhaled. "I miss you." His voice sounded serious this time, Sooyoung can't help but be affected by him. Everytime he express his feelings for her, her heart just won't stop to beat rapidly. He's not the type of a guy who express himself openly but when he does, it melts Sooyoung's heart everytime.

"I miss you too."

"I really want to see you right now but my teammates are half naked, I don't want you to lust over them. Just me."

"I haven't even seen you naked-- forget it." Sooyoung said immediately. How could she talk about that kind of topic that easily! you dumb girl!

"So... my girlfriend is thinking of something naughty eh? Who taught you?"

"N-no one taught me so please forget about what I said." Sooyoung said flustered even though Sungjae can't see her.

"It's okay to tell me things like that Sooyoung-a, you're my girlfriend. I want you to be open to me about it. But to me only, okay?"

"okay."

Sooyoung heard a guy's voice calling Sungjae's name. "Damn, time already?... fine, I'll be there. Let me say goodbye."

Sooyoung knew right then that it's time to cut the call. It was obvious he was being called for practice.

"I know it's too much but can you stay up this evening for a video call? I really want to see you." Sungjae said on the other side.

Sooyoung smiled. "Not even a ghost can keep me from waiting for you. I don't mind staying up late."

She felt him grin on the other side. "Thanks, I love you Sooyoung-a"

Sooyoung was taken aback but recovered quickly. "I love you too." then they both hanged up unwillingly.

Sooyoung almost jump out of her feet when someone talked behind her. It's Daniel.
