"AHA!" Screams Michael as him and the other boys burst through the door, causing Luke and I to pull away and look guiltily at them.

"So. Are you going to try and tell us that there's nothing going on now?" Smirks Ashton as he folds his arms over his chest and quirks an eyebrow.

"E-Errr, ummm....err," I stutter.

"Yes Miss Newman," teases Michael.

"Listen, to be honest, even we don't know what's going on, so, can you leave so we can talk about that," says Luke.

"Are you actually going to ta-"

"Yes," Luke cuts Calum off, "Now get out," he says ushering them out as they raise their hands in the air in surrender and leave through the door.

Once the door is closed, I sit back on the bed and Luke comes over and joins me.

"So," I start.

"So," he repeats.

Both of us nod our heads along awkwardly and divert our eyes away from each other. Awkward turtle. It's that awkward you could cut the tension in the room with a carving knife. Seriously. After a few minutes, I can't take it anymore, "Why did you kiss me Luke?" I whisper.

My question causes him to take his attention away from the floor and look up at me in surprise, "What?"

"Why did you chose to a) try and kiss me and b) kiss me?" I ask him.

"Err," he rubs the back of his neck nervously, clears his throat and then looks back at me, "I like you," he tells me.

"In what way?" That may be a stupid question, but, I just want to know we're on the same page.

"As more than a friend," he says, before looking back at his shoes.

"Luke," he looks at me again, "I like you. A lot. As more than a friend too, but, we have only known each other a week and this could go horribly wrong; we could break up and cause tension with the rest of the band an-" he cut me off by kissing me again.

After a couple of minutes, he pulled away, "You're over thinking it. Who cares if we have only known each other a week; I don't and you shouldn't. I like you. You like me. Simple. So, Chloe, will you go on a date with me and give it a try?" He looks at me pleadingly.

I smile and nod, making him give me a light kiss and then a hug. One of those cuddly ones with his face buried in my neck and mine in his shoulder. Luckily, he's actually wearing a top this morning or I would be like jelly on the floor.

He pulls away, "Be ready for tonight at eight," he tells me, before giving me a kiss and leaving the room. Once the door is closed I start squealing and jumping all over the bed, running downstairs quickly, to grab my iPad and go back to my room to talk on Google hangout with Paige and Lola.

Once I explained the situation to them I told them about Luke asking me on a date and us kissing and all that, which then launched them into squealing, before Lola got serious and stated, "When I come visit with Paige here, I am telling him that you are my best friend. He breaks you, I break his face, and I'm pretty sure he's going to need that looking fresh with the line of work he's in," she smirks and I laugh, because I know she's telling the truth.

All of a sudden, Paige gasps, "Wait! Do you know where you are going?"

"No."

"Well, you need to know what to wear so go ask him," she tells me.

"Okay, I'll talk to you two later," I wave at them as they scream 'bye' before ending the chat and rushing downstairs to ask Luke where he is taking me.
