Falling Apart

I couldn't sleep for nights, I tossed and turned trying to sleep but I couldn't.
I got used to the feeling of you beside me every night I go to sleep. Your goodnight's kiss and the warmth of your embrace.
I never thought that the aftermath of your loss could be this hard.
I got used to the things and the moments where you are there. I got comfortable to the feeling where I could reach you effortlessly.
Your just a kiss away but now even my tears couldn't bring you back home to me.

The ray of the morning sun hit my being. It reminds me that another day has passed and another day will start without you. I took your pillow and hugged it so tight, inhaling the scent you left there.
Tears falls excessively cause my heart aches knowing that I won't be able to hug you like this. I'm falling apart so bad and I don't know how to pick up the pieces.
