Calm Down part 2

Zander's Pov

When I pulled Mai away, she was close to tears. She pulled me into a hug and cried into my chest. After a while she had calmed but she was still hugging me tightly. "Zander, I am totally convinced that they brainwashed him. When he came to me as a little kid he was weak and beaten because they had abused him. And now he's saying that they are his pack and he's defending them and... I just dont get it."

I stroked her hair while she talked to try to soothe her. This is what I would usually do to clam her down when she used to have nightmares.

When she was okay, she looked up at me. "I'm sorry, I got my tears and stuff on your shirt." Even though I broke the mate bond we shared with each other, I still loved her. Even with puffy red eyes and a pale face, she still looked beautiful.

"Its okay."

She walked over to the bathroom and wiped her eyes.

That's when I decided to try to get my Mai back. I couldn't take it anymore with her being with another man. So I went in the bathroom with her and locked the door. I turned off the lights and grabbed her.

"Zander? What are you doing?"

I grasped her adorable heart shaped face and kissed her tenderly. And she wasn't resisting. In fact, she was kissing me back!

We stayed kissing with my hands on her waist and her arms wrapped around my neck for a a while before she let go.

"Ohmygod. That was.." "Amazing right?"

"That's not it, what about Bryant! I made a commitment to him, I'm his girlfriend for crying out loud!" "Mai, calm down."

"Calm down! I just kissed you and I liked it! How am I supposed to calm down especially with the fact that my boyfriend is n the other room?"

I just stared at her with a dumb smile on my face. "You liked it?" i asked.

"Wow." she said before walking out of the bathroom and back towards the other guys.
