Gaing a friend

after my argument with hyun woo I left the house to go meet Daniel at the office around 10:30 in the morning. I  hopped out of my Audi S8 when I got to the office I see the weekend front desk assistant tanya, she smile and said goodmoring and I  gave her slight smile that did not reach my eyes and said goodmoring. I went to the elevator and pressed the button to the 14th floor, I sood in the that little metal box replaying the events that took place this moring I  can not believe he would insinuate that I was cheating on him with my boss then he says that he hates me. I was taking out of my thoughts by the dinging of elevator indicating that it was to my floor,when I  walked out I  was that the floor was empty all there was empty cubicals I walked down the hall to daniels office I knocked on the door "come in " he said with a husky tone to his voice.

I walked in and he was at his desk going throught some files. As I  walked closer to his desk  he had this focused look on his face as I got closer to the desk he rose up and looked me in the eyes "hey seren" he said still keeping eye contact with me, "hey daniel, are these all the files that need to be done" I said picking up a manilla folder up and flipping through it " yeah, we have a lot of work to do" he went back to looking at the file he had in his hand. I looked up from the file that Iwas holding in my hand "well were do you want me start"I  said looking around the room "how about you start with that stack over there on that table" I followed where he was pointing it was a table full of files near the sofa in his office. I walked over to the sofa and sat down and got to work.

5 hours later

"that was a lot of work we had to do and we are still not done yet" I  told daniel as he was slumped over at the other end of the sofa. "I know but at least we go some of it out the way" Daniel said while he began to loosen his tie from around his neck. He stopped loosening his tie to look at her she was sitting there looking out the window she had a look on her face as if she was thinking about something, she is a very beautiful woman what man in there right mind would treat her  less then the Queen that she is. because what I heard was very off setting.

As Daniel was sitting there he was trying to think of ways to tell  her that he over heard their conversation that she had with her husband this morning, she forgot to hang up the phone when they were talking. it made him angry at how a man would talk like that to the women that he "says" he love's  the way that  he did and talk to her as if she was some dog on the street it kind of pissed me  actually.

his mother always told him to treat a woman with respect you treat them as if they are more precious  than any gold and rarer than any Diamond or Ruby her sighing brought him out of his thought's "Seren are you Okay"I quipped hoping that she will respond "No, just got a lot on my mind is all " she said still blankly gazing out the window. I sat up in my chair to fully look at her this is my chance to get her to open up to a little, "you sure you don't wanna talk about it" she turned to look at me with this lost sad eyes it damn near broke my heart "not really I don't to comfortable talking about my problems to my boss it will be weird."

"It won't be weird, I may be your boss but I also want to be your friend you can't keep all that bottled up inside you have to let it out talk to someone I'm just saying I could be that listening ear you need."

"Why am I pushing her to open up me?"

she turned relieving her gaze from the window to look at me, a deep sigh left her beautiful plump lips and her shoulders hunched forward. "Okay"she said to me I was ecstatic that she was willing to try open up to me and trust me.

I just told Daniel my boss that I will let him be my confidant someone I can come talk to when things are starting become to much. I started to tell him No, because I never had anyone I could vent to. No girlfriends Well their was laney Ann from high school she was a tall strawberry blond with piercing blue green eyes and an attitude that would make you wish you never crossed her, but she was sweet as cotton candy she would give you the hair off of her head if you did not have any but then one day she told me she was moving, and we talked everyday when she left it went from talking all day and night to talking a few days a week to No answered calls at all it broke my heart but eventually I got over it.

and when it came to  co-workers they did not affiliate with me and I did the same I did not have any brothers that I know of. I have a sister out there but I have no clue where she is or know her name, my parents they were loving parents they never miss treated me they were so caught in giving me what they never had and making sure that I never had  to want for anything they did not see that their baby girl just need someone to talk to and just be there for her.

"Are you sure wanna listen to my crappy problems" I squinted my eyes at him hopping he changed his mind and says no. "I'm all ears"he looked at me waiting for me to talk.

I am about to tell this man things that not even Mr.Westfield knows, but as I look at Daniel I can see the sincerity in his eyes and I feel that he genuinely cares about what's going on with me.

I sat there and out weighed the pros and cons but the pros over shadowed the cons in the end I will gain a friend. "sighs, here goes nothing."

sorry for the long wait again but life keeps getting the way I am writing all this from my phone. will try to post pictures of Serendipity and Daniel  when I get a chance.
