~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 I woke up the next morning with a smile on my face.  I jumped out of bed and quickly got ready for school that day, seeing as my alarm clock didn’t go off so I was running late.
  Allisa was picking me up this morning and she always gets to school early so looks like I’m going to skip breakfast.
‘Beep’ I looked down at my phone reading the new text message.
‘Be there in 5! J’ – Allisa
 I typed back a quick reply then went downstairs. Everybody was eating at the table so I just grabbed a piece of toast and hollered a ‘goodbye’ at everyone.
Allisa was already waiting for me when I got outside.
When I got in the car she gave me a disappointed look then an excited look.
Okay what is going on here “what?” I asked when I couldn’t take her staring anymore.
“Are you kidding me, you can’t be serious, so there’s nothing you want to tell me or anything?”
What is she talking about? Then it hit me I hadn’t said anything about me and Jacob or told her why we both ditched yesterday. Even though I knew what she was talking about I decided to mess around a little more.
“What are you talking about; I mean I don’t think there’s anything I haven’t told you?”I asked her giving her my best innocent look.
“Oh come on already, why were you and Jacob both absent yesterday when we all seen you in the morning?” she asked as we pulled into the school parking lot.
“Because-“I tried to tell her why but she cut me off.
“Are yall dating?!” she suddenly asked.
“Yes, wait how did you know about that?”I asked her suddenly confused.
“Oh come on everybody knows he has been in love with you like for-ev-er!”She said
“What?”
“Oh my gosh you are so clueless, come on or we are going to be late for class.”
It was lunch and everybody seemed to know about me and Jacob, seriously it was kind of annoying.
