I know you have all been waiting for his POV so here it is! 😀

Maximus

Being with my mate for these past few days has been great. I feel like we are starting to know each other better, and I am trying to give her more freedom and authority but it's hard because of my wolf.

Nicolas is living with us for a bit and Violet is so happy about it, she loves kids and she treats him as her own.

We are currently sitting in the kitchen and Violet is feeding Nicolas his baby food and I'm eating breakfast. She's been so shy around me ever since our kiss.

"Vi?"

"Yes?" She didn't turn around.

"I have to go to the pack house today for some work."

"No problem we'll be fine." She waved at me indicating to leave.

"Of course you'll be fine because Han is coming over." I told her waiting to see her reaction. She finally turned to me looking shocked.

"But why? We'll be okay by ourselves, he hates me." She's so cute making all these hand gestures and facial expressions.

"Just to make sure, and he doesn't hate you." I walked over to her and kissed the top of her head, "I'll see you soon."

"Bye." I had to mindlink Han to see where he was.

'Where are you?'

'Outside the house.'

'Come inside I'm leaving now.'

I saw him walk in while I was leaving I jumped into my Range Rover and headed to the pack house.

Once I reached I went to my office to start on the paper work, notices from different packs requesting alliances and resources. I am curious on way they would ask me after they had a meeting to try and eliminate me, and my mate was taking charge and looking sexy as hell. I feel like something is going to happen and it won't be good.

After a few hours of work Han mindlinked me.

'Maximus I think you should come home now.'

This made me alert and I stopped what I was doing.

'Why what happened?'

'Violet is acting kind of weird.'

'What do you mean Han?'

'Just come quickly!"

My wolf hated the toned he used with me but I ignored and left the pack house instantly.

Driving back to my house I didn't know what to think, I was scared I had no idea what was happening. I looked up at the big moon in the sky and stepped on the acceleration.

When I reached the house I opened the door and was met with Violet on the couch in a ball groaning in pain. Han was holding Nicolas and they were standing a few feet away from Violet watching her. Han eyes met mine quickly.

"What happened?!" I growled make long Han tense up.

"Alpha I don't know, she was fine a few minutes ago then she ran to the washroom and came back, and then..." his eyes trailed to my mate.

I walked up to her and bent down to see her face, she opened her eyes as I neared her.

"What's wrong baby?"

"Ugh, N-nothing" she turned away.

"The hell you mean nothing?! Tell me what's wrong?"

"I'm okay" she sat up slowly while I helped her.

"If you don't tell me what's wrong right now Violet, God help you."

"I'monmyperiod" she mumbled not making eye contact. Even with my wolf hearing I couldn't understand.

"What did you say?"

"I SAID I'M ON PERIOD" I was shocked looking over Han he looked uncomfortable.

"Oh." I didn't know what to say. "Do you need anything?"

"No" then I heard her silently whimper, my wolf (Haden) was going crazy because he couldn't help our mate. I motioned for Han to leave and he gave me Nicolas then left.

"Violet." My voice shook a bit and came out as a whine.

After a moment of silence she spoke.

"You can rub my tummy and bring me ice cream."

"What type?"

"Cookies and cream obviously." So I put Nicolas beside her and found the ice cream and brought it to her.

"Thank you." I just nodded as she laid on her back. I put my hand on her stomach and started to massage it gently. "You little turkey, you have to put your hand under the shirt."

She placed my hand on her bare stomach, I could instantly feel a sensation in my finger tips.

I was in a daze but her soft whimpers brought my attention but to the problem at hand.

I started the same motion rubbing her stomach gently. She was feeding Nicolas some of the ice cream.

"That feels good." I gave her a small smile, then her low groans of pain suddenly turned into moans of pleasure.

I was shocked, she is really testing my patience.

Haden was going crazy and chanting 'mark her', as her moans grew louder Haden was slowly trying to take over.

"...my wolf..." She seemed to understand what I was trying to say.

Unexpectedly Violet grabbed my face and brought her lips to mine, I was stunned for a moment before I took control. I didn't realize how much I missed her lips against mine.

Her fingers played around in my hair softly massaging my scalp, which made me let out a low moan. I got on top of her resting myself on my arms, as I creased her bare waist a few sweet moans left her lips and I smiled against her lips.

She broke apart and I was instantly missed her, she looked up at me and bit her lip.

"Don't do that..."

"Do what?" Her head titled to the side showing her confusion.

"Bite your lip, you don't know what that does to me." I could feel my eyes shifting slightly.

"I think I have an idea..." She giggled as she grazed the tent in my pants.

I let out a growl, "you better not start something you can't finish."

I picked her up and sat her on my lap, and held on tight to her waist continuing to massage her stomach. Her head started to drop to my chest and from that I could tell she was tired, when I looked up Nicolas' head was also drooping to the side as he was trying to stay awake.

"Time for bed." Violet responded with a mumble and Nicolas' fell onto his side.
