Violet

I had my day all planned out: go to the orphanage, go home eat and sleep. However, it never went that smoothly, that's why I'm facing off with a rouge that strayed into our territory. Backup should be here soon I would assume and the patrol was no where in sight.

I had Nicolas in my arms and he was starting to whine because of the wolf growling at us. I needed to make sure he was safe before I attack this wolf but I couldn't find anywhere to put him. I am not afraid because I know how to fight, if anything I'm quite happy because my wolf hasn't been out in a while.

I maintained eye contact with the rouge as I stepped back and placed Nicolas at a safe distance. I was about to shift when Amira said:

'Don't shift challenge him in your human form you need to become stronger.'

'Always love to push my limits, yeah?'

'Yup.'

So I stayed in my human form and got in a fighting stance. The rouge charged towards me and I dodged him, he turned and came back at me trying to bite me. But I dodged again and punched his head down and he fell. I then shifted into my wolf to finish him off, I ripped his head off easily and looked towards Nicolas he was fine.

Just as I was going to shift back Maximus, Han and some guards pulled up. Maximus looked a bit dismayed but calmed down once he saw me.

They all saw the dead rouge then looked to me. "Clean up this mess." Maximus instructed his guards and Han. He then made his way over to me and Nicolas.

I went behind a tree and changed into the t shirt he just took off. I came out and saw Maximus holding Nicolas.

"What happened?" He asked me when I approached them.

"Well we were on our way to the orphanage and then a rouge just came out of nowhere trying to attack us."

"Did you get hurt?"

"Not at all." He gave me a disbelieving look as if I am lying I just rolled my eyes and started the journey hack to our house.

"Where are you going?"

"To the house."

"No you aren't we need to go to the pack house."

And that explains why we are in his car heading to the pack house.

Once we reached the pack house we loaded from the car with me carrying Nicolas and Maximus holding his bags.

As we entered everyone greeted us then returned to their activities while some people have us weird looks probably because of Nicolas. When I turned around Maximus was nowhere to be found, so I headed up to his office.

I wasn't even surprised when I opened his door to see that same chick in the room. Maximus instantly looked up at me while this annoying chick was still trying to feel up on my man. And yes he was pushing her away.

"Stop touching him." Once I said that she finally looked up at me and she just gave me a smirk and continued on as of she didn't hear me.

"The hell I know you didn't just ignore me."

Then she turns her face to me and said "And if I did?"

I slowly put Nicolas on the couch and looked back to this chick

"I'll make you wish you were dead." I lunged at her but before I could break her neck Maximus grabbed me by the waist and held me close to his body. I was struggling in his grip but he never let loose.

"Vi calm down."

"Maximus let me go. Now."

"No. Alanna get out of here."

"Are you sure Maxy we were just having a good time." This girl is testing my patience.

"Right Now!" And I made sure to use my alpha voice so I watched as she left the room.

I pushed his hands away and walked over to Nicolas who was trying to get down from the couch.

"You know that she was lying right?"

"Ok."

"Hey," he grabbed my waist and turned me to face him. He gently caressed my cheek, "I only want you." Then the fireworks happened as he brought his lips towards mine. When I didn't respond he pulled my lip and it gave him access to deepen the kiss. I pushed at this chest slightly so that I could breathe.

Before he could capture my lips again there was a loud knock on the door. Maximus just rolled his eyes and pouted a bit. YES PEOPLE POUTED. I almost died right there he was so adorable, so I quickly took out my phone and snapped a picture if him. He was so startled as I laughed at him.

"Vi delete that photo."

"Never." I quickly locked my phone and put it in my bra.

"You think I won't reach in there?" I gave him a sharp look and he just chuckled. "Seriously though I'm not playing delete th-"

But before he could finish I yelled "Come in!" And the door opened to reveal Han.

"Violet." I could tell he was getting annoyed well to bad for him.

"Alpha and Luna, I have some important news."

We both stopped our bickering and gave Han our attention.

"Well first off your family will becoming back from Italy in 2 days," Maximus face turned a bit panicked at first then back to normal. "And we have found a note left just on the territory line we could not find any traces of who or what put it there, we believe it could have happened during the morning when the luna was attacked."

"What does it say?" Han gave the note to Maximus, he held it out do that we could both see.

'Violet tree, violet tree
As lovely as you can be
Be weary of your violet tree
It will bring you to our knees.'

"What does this mean?" Maximus was freaking a bit.

"We are not sure alpha we are still trying to decode it."

Then everything else they said became inaudible, I know that poem that wicked poem. I couldn't even function my brain was pounding and the tears were coming up.

Before I knew it I was falling I reached out for someone before I fell.

"Max...imus"

Hey y'all sorry for not updating sooner, I just graduated last week. Yay!🎓🎓🎓 And my finals are coming up quickly and so I barley have time anymore but I'll make time dw.

This is basically a filler but I hope you guys enjoy.
