Kendal

I wake up early for no reason at all. Maybe it's better I did because I'm still tangled with Ethan in his bed.

I hope Grayson didn't walk in and see. We're not wearing any clothes and I don't want him to know I cracked. I shouldn't have cracked.

I crawl out of bed as carefully as possible so I don't wake Ethan. I succeed as I stand up straight and just see him toss and turn slightly.

I let out a breath I didn't realize I was holding and shuffle around for my underwear and t-shirt.

As the shirt just passes my belly button Grayson's door swings open. "Hey." I sigh. He flashes me a groggy smile as he runs his large hand through his messy hair.

"I'm glad you're up. I didn't wanna go to the pool by myself." He chuckles. "Who said I was going?" I tease quietly so I don't wake up Ethan. I don't need to talk to him right now. "Me. Get ready." Grayson says quickly as he disappears into the bathroom.

I shake my head as I begin to sift through my bag for my other swim suit because the one I wore yesterday is probably still wet. There's no way I'm slipping that cold son of a bitch on.

I'm quick to change so Grayson doesn't walk in on me and Ethan doesn't wake up and see my bare ass. Why do I even care? He saw plenty of it last night.

I run my hand through my hair before I tie it up at the top of my head.

"I think I like that swim suit better." Grayson says as he exits the bathroom. "Really?" I ask looking down at my body.

"Yeah it looks amazing

"Yeah it looks amazing." He rambles. "Whatever. Let's go." I say rolling my eyes and heading towards the door.

"Should we wake up Ethan?" He ask as I swing the door open. "Oh god. No." I say scrunching up my face. "I'm guessing things didn't go well last night." He says as we step out of the room and close the door behind us softly. "I guess you could say that." I mumble as we tread across the ugly carpet to the pool room.

"He'll come around." He says flatly. "Do they have a hot tub?" I ask quickly, changing the subject. "I think so." He chuckles at my kiddish like qualities.

As we approach the pool room Grayson opens the door for me and the place is surprisingly empty. Well I guess it's not that surprising considering it's rather early.

I smile at the hot tub as I sit my things down on a chair. I've been dying to soak in here.

Grayson laughs as I quickly make my way towards the warm bubbly water. I can practically see the steam coming off of it and it looks delicious to my aching muscles.

I ease into the water with a sigh. "Feel good?" Grayson ask from behind me. "You have no idea." I smile as I'm waist deep.

I'm quick to ease all the way down. The water rest a little bit below my chin and I can't help but close my eyes and enjoy the jets and warm water.

"Are you going with us tonight?" Grayson ask causing my eyes to fly open slightly. "Go where?" I ask. I know it's a stupid question as soon as it leaves my mouth.

"There's a big dinner we have to attend to discuss business deals. It's basically the whole reason behind this trip." He says clearing everything up.

"Oh okay. It just depends on what Ethan wants me to do." I shrug. Grayson lets out a sigh. "If he doesn't want you to go then I do." He sad sternly.

"I'm not your assistant. I'm his." I say raising my eyebrows.

"That's correct and I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd stop harassing her please." I hear a deep voice from behind me. Neither Grayson or I heard him walk in.

My heart pounds against my chest furiously as he eases into the hot tub. Grayson rolls his eyes at his brother as I swallow hard.

"How'd you even know we were here?" Grayson ask, annoyed. "Well when I was trying to sleep I overheard you guys talking horrifically loud. It was hard to miss." He says leaning against the edge of the tub.

I can't help but let my eyes wonder down to his toned chest that has small beads of water rolling down it.

"I also heard you gawking over her." Ethan scoffs. "What the fuck do you even mean?" Grayson ask defensively. I still remain quiet. I have no clue how to jump in or if I even want to.

"Can you give us a minute?" Ethan ask Grayson. Grayson lets out a groan as he stands up. "Whatever bro." He says angrily as he steps out of the tub.

I can't help but watch Grayson leave the pool room. He was the only thing keeping me from this horrific confrontation.

"You didn't have to be so mean." I mutter. Ethan let's out a low chuckle. "And he didn't have to act like that around you." He says looking at me through his dark lashes.

"He was just being friendly. We were both bored and needed something to do." I say defensively. "The way he looks at you tells me different." Ethan says darkly.

"Oh really?" I ask crossing my arms over my chest. "Yes. He looks at you almost the same way I do." This makes my chest tighten.

He sits up straight and moves through the water so he's only inches away from me. "He looks at you with such an intensity that screams he wants to tear you apart just like I do. The only difference is his glare isn't filled with purpose like mine is." His hand now cups my cheek and my heart's racing rapidly. "I want to give you everything you deserve and he doesn't." He says lowly.

Sorry it's been a while. I had a softball game every single day throughout the week and I had legit no time to write.
