KELLINS POV

I starred out the car window as we drove home, not making a sound.
"Are you sure you don't want to talk about what happened?" Vic asked, breaking the long held silence.

I sighed and sat back in my seat, "Not much really happened. She asked and I explained. That's all." I shrugged.

"Did she manage to knock some sense into you?" Vic questioned quietly.

I stayed quiet, not quite sure how to answer.
"Kells?" He pressed on.

I exhaled loudly and turned to face him, "I don't know. Kind of, I guess."

He looked sad, which made me raise my eyebrow in question.

"What's wrong?" I asked.
He shook his head and carried on staring at the road, "Nothing."

"Vic, have I said something?" I worried.
He frowned, "No, of course not. I just wish you'd see how thin you are."

I held back an eye roll, and looked down at my feet.

"Kells, why are you so scared of weight?"
I shrugged, "Gerard always told me that ..fat.. people were ugly and worthless."
He raised an eyebrow, "Do you think that's true."
"No." I replied simply.

"Then what was.. is the problem?" He asked.

I thought for a second.
What is the problem?

"I guess I don't like seeing myself with weight. It doesn't work with me." I mumbled.

Vic scoffed, "Kell, you're beautiful, anything works with you."
I shook my head slightly.

"It's true Kell. Just because you can't see it, doesn't mean I'm lying. You're ridiculously beautiful, sometimes I even get jealous," He said with a small chuckle, "I just wish you could see it darling."

I awkwardly played with my fingers, a small blush appearing on my face.
"Vic, I was thinking, that maybe I might not be as fat as I think..." I whispered.

I saw the sides of Vics mouth curve up into a smile.

"I still see fat though Vic, I do, but there's one thing with you lying to make me feel better about myself but I don't think you'd go to the extreme of getting me a therapist just to make me think well of myself. Also, the therapist told me I was less than half the weight of most male adults.." I told him.

Vics eyes glazed over with tears.
"I'm glad you're coming to your senses." He whispered.

I gave him a small smile, "I wanna try to get better Viccy."
He turned to me and flashed me a perfect smile, some tears rolling down his cheeks.

"But, will you still love me if I become fat?" I asked.

Vic stopped at the traffic light and looked at me.
"Kell, I will always love you. You will always be beautiful, not just to me, but to everyone. You're more beautiful than you could ever imagine Kells. And if you do end up putting on an extra bit more of weight than your goal than there's just gunna be more of you to love. I'll never stop loving you darling. You mean more to me than you know, and some weight on you won't change that. In fact, it will make me happy. Very happy. I love you so damn much okay?" He told me.

I wiped a few tears, "I love you too Vic, thank you so much."

He continues to stare at me through glossy eyes before a loud car horn made me jump.
"What the fuck." He mumbled, looking shocked.
"The light's gone green." I giggled.
He smirked and shook his head, accelerating.

I continued to stare at my boyfriend with adoration before smiling and gazing back out the window.

-

"Mikeyyyy I'm home!" Vic called out, opening the front door.
Loud snoring filled the room, making Vic and I grin.

Tony and Mike were fast asleep, wrapped up in each other's arms with Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets playing on the TV.

They were adorable together.

Vic turned to face me, gently tucking a piece of hair behind my ear.
"I love you Kell." He whispered, placing a small kiss on my lips.
I smiled slightly, "I love you too."

Vic looked down sadly, "I have to start going back to work tomorrow."
I nodded, "Okay."
"I'm gunna miss you Kelly.." He mumbled.
I blushed slightly and the new nickname, "I'll miss you too Viccy."

He played with my fingers, which always made me feel funny.
Everything Vic did had an affect on me..
I really love him.

"I'm going to get a job." I told Vic.
He raised his eyebrows, "Kells, I'm not sure if you're well enough."
I chuckled slightly, "I'm fine."

"When I'm at work, how will I know if you've eaten?" Vic whispered, suddenly looking panicked.
"Vic, I will eat, I promise." I told him truthfully.
"But kells-" he started.
"I told you I would try to get better, and I will. Just trust me.." I murmured.

He sighed and kissed my cheek, "I do trust you darling."

He gave me an adoring smile and took my hand, leading me upstairs.
"Let's go watch The Breakfast Club And snuggle up in some blankets."

I grinned and let him take me up the stairs.
God I was in love with this man.
