Stanley Uris had been praised all his life: for his tidy room, diligent studies, good grades, and respectful tendencies to the adults of Derry.
Having known each other since they were in kindergarten you couldn't blame either of them for falling head over heels for each other before they even grasped the concept. Reconnecting seemed to bring light to the summer of 1989, though none of the losers expected what they were in for next.
And if they had guessed, they wouldn't have guessed the clown.

Also when this was written my face claim was underage ( 16 or 17) and depending on when this is being read she has aged but at the time of this, she was the proper age. For the sake of face claims and edits, I have kept it the same.
authors note ( circa 2020 ) - hey y'all, thank you so much for giving boarding school all the love and support over these past few years. you will never know how much I appreciate it. it is kinda my baby and the first story I was ever proud of, that being said I entered the fandom very young and wrote this round at the same time. So, therefore, it is far from perfect and being edited and updated every day.
As well as I addressed before I just wanted to be clear none of the actors and/or face claims am i trying to sexualize as a lot of them are 18+ by this point.
As well as that I know Rowan Blanchard (my face claim) is very overused. As well as very popular she has also caused many people to hurt some statements she has said in the past regarding the lgbtq+ community ( i believe she has apologized though these words are still harmful), I just wanted to address as a lesbian myself with many bisexual friends, you matter you, you are valid! that being said, with all that I have used the face claim for t this point I will not be changing it as of right now. if you guys have any recommendations feel free to comment.
also, I wanted to address trigger warnings in the story, when the first version of the story was released I had written the main character with depression and had mentions of self-harm for both the main characters. This is still seen in some of the later chapters that haven't been updated!
please stay safe though and be cautious of reading if you are triggered by mentions of self-harm or eating disorders and mentions of suicide! stay safe!
