Ben's POV
I hear the familiar sound of a motorcycle coming up the street and continue staring out the window for her.

A small light comes into view and then I see her headlight

With her...

Rey.

I turn and sprint for the yard, yanking the front door open as soon as the handle is in my grasp.

"Rey!"

She yanks off the helmet.

I run up to her and take the helmet, throwing it into the grass.

I caress her face. "Are you okay?"

"I am now." She pulls me down by my neck.

Her lips feel soft and needy and I know I'm probably just as needy.

I pull away from her. "Did they-"

"No." She shakes her head. "The guy shot at me and he didn't hit the bike-"

"I don't care about the bike! Are you injured?" I begin to frantically look at her arms, but she stops me.

"Ben." She puts a hand on my face. "Look at me." I look her in the eye. "I am fine."

"I just-" I cut myself off. I just love you so much. I don't know what I would have done if she were hurt.

"It's okay, let's go inside."

"Shouldn't I be the one comforting you?" I say taking her bag.

"We can comfort each other."

"In my bed, cuddled under the covers?"

"My favorite place in the world." She goes over and picks up the helmet. "You should treat your stuff better." She smirks.

"I treat you pretty well." I smile and wink at her in the moonlight.

"Whatever Solo." She rolls her eyes with a smile.

We calm down for the night, talking back and forth about the imposters and her returning to school.

She's excited to see Finn, Poe, Phasma, and everyone else and excited for the play.

I run my fingers through her hair, softly detangling her helmet hair.

Her breathing steadies out and she snuggles closer to me, gripping me in her sleep.

"I'm here." I whisper and her grips loosens. "Always."

Rey's POV
I wake in Ben's arms and give a yawn.

"We over slept." I hear Ben grumble.

"We had a long night." I move my head and tighten my grip across his chest.

"I'm just glad you're here." He runs a head through my hair.

"Always." I whisper back with a smile remembering his comment last night.

I sit down at the lunch table with Poe, Finn, Rose, and Snap.

"So you're playing Jasmine in the play?" Rose asks me.

"Yeah, Ben is playing Aladdin."

"Is there anything going on between you two?" Finn asks.

I catch Poe looking at me closely in my peripheral vision.

"We're roommates. Do you really think Mrs. Organa would like anything going on between her son and leading actress?" I question Finn.

"She controls your grade." Poe chimes in. "Better not do anything to test her seeing if she'd change it because of personal things."

"See." I say agreeing with Poe, along I bet Mrs. Organa wouldn't.

"Hey, Chase texted." Snap nudges Poe.

"We gotta go." Poe says and gets up to leave. "I'll see you around?" He looks at me.

"Yeah." I smile and go back to eating.

New Message from Phasma
Phasma: Hey, Formal is next month
Rey: So we should go dress shopping?
Phasma: Hell yeah!
Rey: Mind if I invite the new girl?
Phasma: Sure ttyl.

"Hey Rose, so Phasma invited me dress shopping for formal next month. Wanna join?" I ask across the table.

"Are sophomores allowed to go to formal?" Rose asks.

"If an upper classmen asks." Finn tells her.

Just then Rose's sister, Paige, comes over with a bouquet. "Looks like an upper classmen may be asking." She smiles and hands the bouquet over.

Rose blushes and accepts them. "Oh my goodness." I can smell the freshness from across the table.

"Read it, who's it from?" I ask.

She grabs the note, but doesn't read it out loud.

I glance to Finn, who chews on a nail.

Rose laughs and looks at Finn. "Of course!" She throws her arms around him and he hugs her back.

The cafeteria begins to clap and I watch in awe of them. My peanut looks so happy.

There's a tap on my shoulder and I turn to see Ben with a hand extended.

I take it without hesitation, expecting him to begin to try and show up Finn's proposal.

Except he doesn't.

We just watch out.

Hand in hand.

What a let down.

In other news, my Disney College Program begins on May 21th!
I don't recall if I told you my original date, but it got changed and I'm going sooner!

I found 5 girls to share an apartment with who all love Star Wars and my roommate loves Reylo and has 5 porgs! I have 7 so together we will have a dozen porgs !
