You woke up to Ruby snoring and drooling on your sheets, you laughed softly to yourself trying not to disturb him. But as soon as the laughter went away you notice dried tears on his face.
It upset you that you had hurt him, all you did was follow $crims orders.
You were just trying to protect him, right?
Or were you trying to protect yourself?
You laid back down and put your arm around his waist and played with his hair to comfort him from the sorrow that you had plagued him with last night.
Suddenly, he rolled over and let out a groan.
"hHHHHHHHHH it's too early" he said whining.
"good morning sleepyhead did you have fun drooling all over my pillow?" You said jokingly.
"sHHHH it's not morning go back to bed" he said putting his finger up to your lip attempting to shush you.
"But-" you began to speak but was immediately cut off by Ruby.
"sHHHH woman" he said putting a pillow over his head.
there was only one thing left to do.
Tickle him
You began to tickle his sides and as soon as you did he hit you with the pillow.
"You really wanna start a tickle war with me?" He said while playfully hitting you with the pillow.
"Ew stoppppppp Ruby that pillow has drool on it" you said.
"Aw really? I'm sorry in that case-" he said and continuing to hit you with the pillow.
He pinned you down and began to tickle your sides and your neck as you bursted into laughter.
Without thinking you kissed him. You two just looked at each other in silence for a few seconds and then he went back in with a longer, more passionate kiss.
"Y/N?" He said.
" Yeah? " You responded.
"What are we doing?" He asked .
"What do you mean?" You replied while running your fingers through his hair.
"I mean is this serious or is this just a little fling that means nothing?" He asked.
You could see the pain in his eyes, you didn't know how to respond. You obviously liked Ruby and had some kind of feelings towards him but you weren't sure if a relationship is what you needed right now.
But, you couldn't see him go through the same pain he did last night so you told him what he wanted to hear.
"I mean I like you a lot & I definitely see potential for a long term thing, so maybe we could just go with the flow of things and see where that takes us?" You said.
"..sure" he responded.
Something about the way he responded made you feel like he knew you weren't telling the truth. But before you could continue with the conversation you were interrupted by Max.
"Breakfast is ready you two love birds come eat!!" He said after barging in uninvited .
" is meth here? " Ruby asked.
"No but he's on his way" Max responded.
"Of course" Ruby said.
You and Max looked at each other shocked that he knew about Meth and Sam.
"Wait....You know?" You asked.
" Of course I know everyone knows even my sister knows" He responded while putting a cigarette in his mouth and getting up to go outside.
You sat down and waited for the food to calm down so you could serve yourself. You began scrolling through your phone before Max sparked up a conversation with you.
"So...??" He said with a smirk.
"Ughhhh whattttt" you responded.
"You and Ruby???" He said.
"Shut upppp" you said before Ruby entered the room and you all began to eat. After about 10 minutes $crim and Meth arrived and joined you three.
"Soooo how is it?" Max asked.
"It's aight maxxie but bet I could make a better breakfast" $crim responded while taking a big bite of egg.
"Fuck off" Max replied while giving $crim the finger.
$crim just mocked him and went back to eating.
"So what's the move today?" Ruby asked.
"Well I was thinking you and I would re—" $crim said before being cut off by Max.
"Actually $crim, Meth, & I were probably gonna go and do some....stuff" he replied obviously trying to make up an excuse to get you & Ruby alone.
"wha-" $crim said before getting cut off by Meth.
"Actually I have some...um personal stuff I thought I would do alone today so it looks like you're on your own boys..." Meth said.
Then the room got awkwardly silent for only a few seconds but felt like years.
Meth cleared his throat catching the attention of Max.
"Right well we better get going...we wouldn't want to be late ??..." He says anxiously as he jumps up and starts grabbing everyone's plates and starts washing them.
"Hey!! I wasn't done with that!" $crim said.
"Come on let's go get McDonald's maybe we'll get them to give you McNuggets" Max said.
"No sauce?" $crim asked.
"No sauce" Max responded.
"fuck yeah" $crim said while walking out with Max.
And with that they were gone.
