Chapter two

Cassie's P.O.V.

As the boy, Newt walked off, I turned to Mali. She hadn't talked to anyone else since, well as long as anyone can remember.
"Mali?" I say and she looks up. "Can you hear what they are saying?" That was another thing about Mali, she had abnormally good hearing. She just nodded, and I stood there, waiting.
"I will tell you later" she said, but it came out weak and as barely a whisper.
I looked up to see the boys heading back over.
"you gonna behave now?" I asked, slightly upset. I saw Minho open his mouth, and Newt promptly elbowed him. Minho just stood there, mouth still wide open. Mali turned to me and signed something along the lines of 'Tell him to close his mouth or bugs will fly in' She said some other things, that I don't want to repeat.
"No, i'm not going to tell him that. I'm not that mean" I say and Mali shoots me a pointed glare and raised her eyebrows. 'I won't tell you what they said then' She signed. "What? Mali, Why? you know what, fine" I said.
"close your mouth, don't want bugs to fly in there,now do we" I said, not necessarily guilty, more upset that I was this persuadable.
"What?" Minho asked, as his face contorted into that of pure rage.
"I said close your mouth, don't want bugs to fly in there, keep up" I say, mocking him. This time Mali elbows me. "What is it, Mali" I ask. Gods she annoyed me sometimes, it's not like she couldn't talk. "Why don't you talk, it's not like there is anything keeping you from it, you are perfectly capable of talking." I say and stomp over to the trees. I walk to the back near a wall, and sit down against the tree.

I pull out my blade and make one short slice across the length of the length of my arm. I hear footsteps walking towards my tree and I drag the knife making another slice.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?!?"

Ooooh, things are just getting good. Ok, I promise this is not the end, I'm not that mean, that's a lie. I am that mean, but I won't do that. I don't know when I will be able to publish again. But I will keep writing this. Yeah, go check out Cassie250. Her story "the opposite" is really good.
