MINHO POV
"His name is Ben" she finished. BEN?!? The runner? Actually, that makes sense. He was always coming back late and leaving early. He probably was bribed by the creators. That one was weak willed. Mali is so beautiful, and I feel so bad that this happened to her. I don't know how to communicate this to her so I just give her a weak smile.

Mali's POV
He gives me a soft smile and I know he feels pity. I am so done with these people. Everyone is the same. 'Oh poor Mali, so innocent, so nieve' Well, I am through. I storm off, leaving the confused boy sitting there, wondering what he did wrong. He did nothing wrong, it was me who over reacted. I mean, who gets mad when someone feels bad for them. Me. The little turd that I am. I got mad and so I left. I was so focused on being angry that I didn't realize that I had reached the door of the maze. I finally centered my mind (that is such a weird phrase) and looked up to see the other boy. I can't seem to remember his name, salamander, or... No, it was Newt. I walk over and he is crying, that's a little strange. Where is Cassie. I tap him on the shoulder and he gives a little jump.
'Where is Cassie, also are you ok?' I sign. Apparently he can also read basic sign language.
"Cassie?" He asks. I nod my head.
"She, Oh, um, hey what's that over there" he says frantically. I give him a glare and he continues.
"She is, she is, she's gone"
