Chapter 32

*Aaron's POV*

I woke up and got up to go take a shower and I tripped over something.

"Oww, Aaron what the heck" Sophie said

"I'm sorry I forgot you were here" I said while getting up

"You should check on Melissa" she said

"Alright"

I walked to her room which was across the hall from mine.

I just walked in without knocking because I wanted to surprise her. I knew she was still sleeping because she was up late watching tv.

I snuck into bed with her, she looked so peaceful.

I got close to her face and started breathing really hard so she would wake up.

*Melissa's POV*

I was awaken by hard breathing in my face. I opening my eyes adjusting to the bright light then I noticed a figure.

"AARON WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" I said

"Just came to check on you" he said

"I don't need super vision "

Then Aaron started hugging me I hugged him back because I needed a hug

"Mel are you not telling me something?" Aaron asked

*Aaron's POV*

"No" Melissa said

I knew she was lying, she had this worried look on her face.

"Mel please, you don't have to lie to me" I told her

"I'm not" she said raising her voice

"Melissa Dallas tell me... now."

"Jake is back" she said

She told me Jake would hit her. she still has bruises once he threatened to cut her it was horrible.

"Jake from State Farm?" I said trying to make her feel better

"No" she chuckled

"How did you find out?"

"I saw a girl that I used to know and she said she and Jake were here" she said

I went to the Austin Mahone concert in la did anyone else go to that one

I was happy to see shawn perform I was tearing up

My that's basically the only interesting thing I did this summer
