THE LAST - Zombie

#5 : The Last Crew

Frank turns around looking towards Serge. Then, Kio, who's standing next to Serge punches him in the face making him fall down. Frank beats the sh*t outta Serge. Alan tries to attack them with a knife but Kio kills him by shooting him. Serge is now powerless after being beaten by Frank who throws him into the river down the bridge.

- I hope zombies will eat you. says Frank. 

Shiba comes and takes Crow inside the house. They manage to get the bullet out of his shoulder but Crow is back sleeping for hours.

- What a coincidence you met Crow. says Kio to Shiba.

- Yeah, he saved me from Mark. But how did Serge knew this place?

- Actually, he didn't know. I brought him here when I was lost after being separated from Crow. He wanted to take revenge 'cuz he said Crow killed Mark.

- Yeah, he did. Crow killed Mark but to save me. I know, all of the three brothers are horrible, but they're dead now, so we're cool. They  won't even come back to life. Haha.

Suzy

I remember when it all started. I was living in a 4 walls room on the 4th floor of a building. Wolf, my boyfriend was living in the room nextdoor. That day, I met a girl who moved into a room near mine. She was a model on a diet since months but that night I was about to go into Wolf's room to sleep with him because I was having hallucinations since days. Walking in the hallway, I saw bloodprints which were tracking to that girl's room.

Her door was open and the room was dark. I was getting scared. Then I heard slow footsteps like one after 2 seconds. And a black figure appeared in the back of the dark room. I stepped back slowly and returned to my room closing the door. I felt a relief.

A few minutes later, someone bells at my door. I started asking myself questions. Could it be Wolf 'cuz I take too much time coming into his room? Or that scary figure..

I turn on the video phone and there was this girl from this room.

- Can I help you? I asked.

- Hm.. I need food.. I mean.. I'm running out of food so if I could just have a meal with you tonight? she says smiling with a worried face and looking around her like she was followed by someone.

Maybe she's running from that strange figure I saw earlier in her room.

- Oh yeah sure, come in. ^^

She entered my room and jumped on me opening her mouth big and tries to bite me. I got scared my life. I put my arm onto her neck to not let her bite me then I fell on my back and she was now on me having it easier to bite me. Than I thought I was done for but fortunately Wolf appeared and hit the girl on the head with a bat and knocked her down saving me. He placed the dead body in the hallway.

- Huh.. Huh.. oh Wolf.. I was so scared.. :'(

- Didn't you listen to the news? Why did you let her get in ?! he was a little angry..

- I thought she was running from someone so I supposed I could save her..

- There is a disease touching more than a hundred people now and maybe more and this girl had been infected. We gotta stay here. And you, stay in this room. I'm gonna talk to the people who are on the groundfloor. I'll be back.. and turn on the TV this time. and he went by locking the door.

I turnt my TV on and it was announced by the president to everyone to stay in our house and to not go out. A disease has spread all over the country touching more and more people so in order to not get infected, they ask us to stay closed in our houses.

Everyone in the building got scared so they went to the groundfloor asking for getting out but all the doors were locked.

I was in my room alone getting more and more curious about the situation, so I decided to join Wolf on the groundfloor.

Wolf

I was now on the groundfloor with a bunch of people waiting near the closed door. The shutter beyond the door was locked too.

- Open the door !! I can't stay here ! I gotta join my family ! said a young girl.

A young man opened the locked meter box where the shutter's switch was, so he pulled it on.

As soon as the shutter was slowly opening by going up, there was a tall man standing behind it looking at our direction. He reacted when he saw us and came quickly towards us breaking the glass door and opening big his mouth to eat us.

The young man who was standing ahead me stayed still because he was scared as hell.

The zombie bites the young man's neck and made him scream badly. Everyone started to get in panic. So I shouted :

- Close the shutter !!

The bitten man falls down and the zombie started eating him. I ran towards the zombie and pushed him through the door and we fell on the ground.

When I lift up my eyes, I saw many other zombies walking slowly and surrounding us.

I got up quickly in panic. I heard Suzy screaming my name in distress :

- Wolf !! Come in !!

I ran towards the door but the shutter closed before I could even get inside.

- It's too risky to open the shutter again 'cuz many other zombies are beyond it. said the old man who closed the shutter after I told him so.

This was horrible. I was between a bunch of starving zombies. I thought that was it. I was going to die.
