The river of life

THE RIVER OF LIFE

I have been in love
and I have been out of love.

                          
I have tried my best 
and I have cried my best.

                          
I have believed enough 
and I have bereaved enough.

                          
I have seen the best in people 
and I have seen the worst in people.

                          
In sorrow the beauty of life fade
forgetting all the memories made.

                          
When the river of life dries up,
You find it takes only one thing to fill it up
and there is still hope for steps up.
