The last to Remain
Holding my breath
Hiding from his threat
Begging myself to calm
While biting my own cold palm.
Sweat travels all over my body,
I feel like swimming over the sea.
Couldn't scape his husky stares.
Pain and tears are both we bear.
I watch him pull his trigger,
Makes my heart scape and beat faster.
He walk without his shadow
The sound of guns follows.
He falls down, eyeing me,
A tear scapes to be free.
Uniformed men came like knights
My prince lost his fight
They asked if I'm okay,
Just stare at them, nothing to say.
The last to remain? There's none
Cause my heart's still chained by this man.
