It has been two weeks since the whole accident went down. Today was Zack's funeral and it was packed. Since it was a public funeral, everyone from all over the country was at the march. Officers from the NOPD showed out in their numbers and some was even emotional, men especially. Zack displayed a great personality and that was what everyone loved, even the criminals. They did the traditional funeral and lowered his coffin in the ground.

Jaimee wrapped her arm around Jalissa's shoulder and Jada's around her waist.

The two consoled their sister while she cried. Jalissa just couldn't hold it in no more. To see her husband for the last time. Thinking they were gonna die old together.

An hour after the funeral was over, Jalissa thanked everyone for their support while random people would try to cheer her up.

Jaimee sat on a nearby bench with her kids, nieces and nephews having a conversation. She was just surrounded by kids.

Keyeion came over and lifted Prince and Angel, Dice and Jada's kids, off the bench and sat down beside Jaimee then allowed the two to sit in his lap.

He listened as Jaimee spoke with them about visiting different countries just to get their minds off the funeral.

"I want to talk to you for a sec." he whispered in her ear.

Jaimee had no choice but to go simply because she didn't know his side of the story. The only reason why she left was because she was scared.

During the time that she was at Jalissa's, she would pick up the kids whenever and have dinner with them wherever they chose to eat.

Since Jaimee had his phone the whole time, he couldn't call or text as he would like. He was even scared to pick up the house phone and call her.

When she would see Keyeion, he would be at the door waiting for the kids to come inside. Sometime it itched his skin to talk to her but he was scared. Even now that he's finally getting to talk to her, he was still a little scared.

"Kids I'll be back." she told them then remove Chantel and Jasmine from her lap. Keyeion sat the kids back on the bench before telling Jacion and Clair to watch them since they're the oldest.

Jada stood next to Jalissa and watched as Keyeion held the small of Jaimee's back and ushered her over to a nearby oak tree.

Jaimee leaned up on the tree and fold her arms, looking away from him. Keyeion placed his hand over her head and stood over her with his right hand in his pocket.

She could smell the gucci perfume he had on making her want to fall on her knees but she resist it.

"What's up?" he ask. Jaimee looked up at him with tears in her eyes but it didn't move him.

Jaimee knew she was wrong for hitting him but all that she told herself was 'i was angry, i was upset.'

"Why you crying?" she looked in his eyes and he did the same.

"I'm sorry."

"Sorry for what? Hitting me until my skin was torn or for not allowing me to say what i had to say? Better yet, was it because i was trying to protect you? Which one cause I'm stuck between all three." he looked deep into her eyes, never once moving from the position he was at.

"I-"

"Now this is the time I'm finna cut you off. What if i was the one who fucked you up with that leather belt? How would you feel? Suppose i had left the house that morning and never to see me again, leaving you alone with the kids for the rest of your life? How would you feel Jaimee? You know that shit hurts?
