2 am. Next Morning
"Why you gotta press down so hard on my skin?" Keyeion complained.
"Cause it's stubborn."
"Just like you huh?"
"Mhm. There you go." she wiped his forhead then wiped her nails in the towel beside her.
"Why you gotta straddle me though."
"Cause I'm comfortable this way."
"Gimme kiss."
Jaimee leaned down and kissed his lips before getting off him.
"Where you going?"
"To check on my children."
"Don't keep me waiting."
Jaimee left the room and went to check on everybody. Natalia was half awake, trying to get her hair from her face. Jaimee walked in ther room and over to her bed to wrap her hair.
"Talia?" Jaimee rubbed her cheek.
"Hm?"
"What happen?"
"I'm sleeping."
"Really?" Jaimee chuckled.
"Mom come on."
"No cause i wanna know why you don't like your sister."
"If you call that stray away animal my sister, then I'm out of here."
"Don't get fucked up. Answer my question before i tell your dad you're gay."
"Mommm." she whined and pouted. "I don't like her because i just don't like her. She looks illiterate so I'm not even gonna waste my breath talking to her." she said.
Jaimee knew how straight forward Natalia was so she couldn't compain.
"Talia you can't just judge a book by it's cover. Your brother and sisters like her. Why can't you just be nice."
"You can't force me to like her. Nobody forced you to do something you don't wanna do."
"Whatever just stop being mean."
"Only if you promise not to tell dad."
"He already knows."
"Mommm."
"Stop it and gimme kiss."
Natalia held her face and kissed her cheek.
"Night."
"Night. Love you."
"Love you too. And be nice."
Jaimee left her room and went to Reigns room. She entered and saw her trembling under the sheets. Walking over to the bed, she woke her up.
"You okay?" Jaimee ask.
"I'm cold." she whsipered.
"Sorry about that." she got up and went down the hall to adjust the temperature. She walked back to Reign's room and sat on the bed. "It'll get a little warmer soon."
"Okay."
"I'm going back to bed now."
"Wait."
"Hm?"
"Can you lay with me? Just for a little bit?"
"Sure. Scared?"
"A bit." she chuckled lightly and went over on the bed. Jaimee laid beside her and Reign cuddle next to her.
