After deep contemplation of, like, twenty minutes, the class had already started. We were about to meet a new teaching facilitator.

This awfully eventful Monday, we had met our Life Labs teaching facilitator and our Life Labs seating arrangement.

[Life Labs is a subject in HTEC that is basically the substitute for Home Ec]

Well, who knew? This new teaching facilitator of ours announced that we will be having other sestong arrangeents other than the ones we have in homeroom. For every damn subject, there was a damn seating a rrangement. Oh, what joy. Every couple of hours, you get to lug your back pack around from one end of the classroom and to the other.

I was placed in a table wherein I'd never expected to be a real fun one. There were two guys, and the two of us were girls. Four table mates all in all.

The girl, who was sitting beside me, was named Hasha.

The two guys sitting across from us were Jan and Michael. Jan was tall, pale, lanky, and very very blatant on his words. He completely contrasted Michael being brown skinned and as quiet as a mouse.

Just small bios for you to work on.

[Hasha, from class 7B. The leader figure.]

[Michael, from class 7B. The quiet one.]

[Jan, from class 7B. The childish.]

That was what was composed of our little Life Labs group. Eventually we became really close, most especially Hasha and I. She was that kind of person to whom I can talk to. She's approachable and has a great sense of humor. Our homes were in the same route so I came home with her everyday.

Michael, Jan, Hasha and I became the best of friends. We were always together after that. I was glad I was in something wherein I found where I felt accepted.... But too bad it broke in just one school term.

Eventually, Life Labs became my favorite subject next to English. It was fun and was actually very useful for business purposes, just as HTEC had intended to have for us.

The subject got me really in to surveys, hypothesis, and great business thinking. I learned how to analyze my pros and cons, defectives and strengths in almost everything.

I really missed those old days, especially those times I hung out with my friends. It was perfect just the way it was.

"'Cause I' m in love with the shape of you, push and pull like a magnet do." Shape of You by Ed Sheeran played. "I'm in love with your body."

"Change it," RA complained. "That song is overrated!"

[RA, from class 7B. The tomboy in the class who gladly gave me a seat up front in my first day of school.]

"No it is not,"  Vic contradicted. "It's so addicting."

[Vic, from class 7B. The girl who recommended the song.]

"Change it!"

Renz, the appointed disc jockey, changed the song being played in the speaker. He ignored Vic's protest and began shuffling songs.
