Apparently, Jams wasn't finished with her tale just yet. On the ride home, she continued her story.

As I listened, Endi sat at the back of the jeep, silently watching us as Jams continued her seemingly endless story of heartbreaks. Endi had no plas in listening, she had already heard this one, ad I bet she'd rather stare than listen to it all over again.

We've reached Green Village after heavy traffic and heavy pouring of rain, and we still haven't reached the end of her tale.

Although, I couldn't deny it. Her stories were eventful.

Endi was out after we left the jeep and stopped at Green Village, now it's just Jams and I.

I didn't want to take a trike home since I wanted to stop at a bakery nearby. Out of the sake of finishing her story, Jams decided to come with me to that bakery, even though the road ahead of us was long and damp; since it just rained. And we had to walk, just so you know.

I felt guilty of letting her walk with me, I just really wanted to buy me a doughnut. I also offered that she'd continue the story tomorrow, but she insisted on finishing it today.

Well, at least I'd come home without any cliffhangers.

It was too late going back to the trike stop anyway, we were already walking.

Anyway, to repay her for accompanying me to buy that doughnut. I'm gonna continue her story.

Jams told me to call this guy Nate, she didn't really give me his last name, out of fear that I might look him up on Notebook- but yeah, I had to cope with Nate.

Months had passed, and apparently Nate got a new girlfriend, a girl his age. This gossip reached Jams, and her reaction didn't quite end up just as well.

I guess you could say she was happy for him, but you couldn't say it didn't hurt her.

Time passed, and Jams heard some news that he was engaged to his girlfriend. Wow, talk about fast.

They started out as boyfriend and girlfriend and the next thing you know- they're engaged in a very short amount of time! Amazing!

It left quite a mark for Jams especially when fate brought them together in a mall. Jams was shopping for goods when she saw him again. Unluckily for her, Nate did the same action. Their eyes met after such a very long time that it nearly burned. Burned of such hatred, loss, and miss.

He approached her subtly. When she wanted to go, she couldn't. Why? It was because she wanted her to approach him. She missed him- so bad. Although it hurt, all the same.

She was paralyzed at the spot, gazing at him with bewilderment like a fool. Once she realized this, she turned her head, and was about to walk away when he abruptly pulls her wrist.

She was once again pulled by the force and she landed on his chest. His strong and masculine chest with his nostalgic scent.

"Jams," he spoke. "Please, come with me to the parking lot. I want to.... Talk. Please?"

(My memory's hazy, so Jams don't kill me if I get the story wrong.)
