I gave a bashful smile to the man who walked by the street I was sitting on with my light pink shawl and quite revealing dress that only covered me enough to give man a brief look. You couldn't blame me though. It was my job to lure them in before giving them what they wanted and kicking them out.
How did I end up here? Well, that's a story I will be mentioning. It wasn't a choice I had on my own. At least, not as one would think. I didn't dream of having this profession but it is something I allowed to happen to get what I wanted. To repay someone who saved me.
When I was a little girl, I was taken away from my home by a band of barbarians who only had the pleasure of killing, plundering, and other disgusting acts. I was scared and cold and hurting. I didn't know what would happen to me. After all, I went from being a proper little English girl to a dirtied captive in some Viking camp.
But one night, when the barbarians were drunk off their stolen rum and alcohol, a young Viking boy who had the darkest of hair and the brightest of eyes, came and freed me of my ropes. He showed me the way out of the camp and led me far away enough so I would be able to find civilization again. Then he disappeared.
I never saw him again and I had no idea where I was at. I didn't think about going home because first of all, I had no idea where it was, and second of all, if these men captured me, who's to say my hometown wasn't destroyed?
So I decided to settle with where I was at and try to find the boy again. As I grew older, I never knew how I repay him until I realized, with a start, that there's only one way to please men in these times. And that was with my body. So I became what I am now in hopes to get my name out there and have him come find me.
But he never did. And here I was, seducing a random man in the streets just to continue with my reputation in hopes that he will still find me.
The man began to slow down as he eyed me like an animal in the wild. He was hungry and I was the feast he was looking for. I slowly stood up, my leg becoming exposed from the slit I had in the dress. I watched how he raked his eyes up and down my body. I gently dragged my tongue across the bottom of my lip as an open invitation.
I then twirled on my bare feet and made my way inside the dark building behind me, purposely leaving the door open. I slowly began climbing the stairs of the house and heard his heavy footsteps following behind me. I didn't turn around and instead, smirked and pushed my sun kissed hair flirtatiously over my shoulder as a more beckoning call for the man.
I often times pictured what it'd be like when the strange boy who saved me came before my presence. Would he remember me? Would he be tempted? Would he come back asking for me? Would whatever happen between us become something more?
The door slammed shut behind him and I slipped into the dark room, his footsteps climbing up the stairs after me. I gracefully seated myself on the bed and allowed the silken skin of my legs to show when he arrived. He was eyeing me with lust in his dark colored eyes and I ran my thumb over my lips, motioning with my head for him to close the door and join me. He immediately did so.
