Manan - The Tale of Nerd and Smart Chic .

Chapter - 4

2nd January , 2018 . 10:00 a.m.

A young man got down from flight at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Airport . His serious and workaholic nature is appreciated by many women . Manik always keeps his family and work as top priorities . He has few friends and mostly likes to have "alone time" .

Manik (in call) - "Mom I will reach home within 20 minutes . I have come here for 1 week and we will spend time together ."

Manik directly went to the nearby gift shop . He wanted to purchase something for his parents so that they will be more happy . As soon as he entered the gift shop mistakenly he stepped on Nandini's feet . Nandini was irked from his behavior . Manik apologized and tried to convince her but she started arguing . She was hell pissed off with him. 

Nandini -" Are you insane ... you should carefully walk."

Manik - " Sorry , I didn't realize."

Nandini - " You have no idea how much pain I got in  my feet . I think you just wanted to check me out . If you have so much fantasy , then this is not the right place for you ."

Manik was really getting angry now by her behavior . No one had ever told such things to him .

Manik - " Listen Miss .... I have already apologized for my behavior . It's better if you end this matter here , rather than acting smart ."

Nandini was about to tell something , then Manik pushed her aside and walked inside the shop . 

Finally Manik reached house by 10:45. Mr and Mrs. Joshi were desperately waiting to see their only son . His parents were proud of him about the fact that he is so sincere and disciplined.   

Nyonika - " I missed you Beta . So , happy to see you after a long time ."

Arun - " It's good to see you son . How is your life going on ?"

Manik - " Everything is going good Dad. Just work pressure is there . Got a break . So , thought about meeting you people here for 1 week. "

Arun - " That'd good . But you should not forget about your sister ."

Manik - " I know Dad but her cycle tests are starting from day after tomorrow . So , she is studying for that . "

Arun - "Okay."

Manik freshened up and had lunch , played few video games and then trying to sleep . Unfortunately , sleep was far away from him . Image of Nandini was flashing in front of his eyes . He saw a active and  smart girl for the girl for the first time . He wished that if God permits then definitely they will cross paths of each other again .
