Chapter - 20

13th February , 2018.

Pune , 6 p.m.

Mukti was going through her instagram. She is also checking everything about her posts too. Her last 5 posts were best. She remembered Nandini and missing her because she couldn't contact her since last week. She is close to her "Bhai" but still the siblings give each other the required privacy.

Mukti's thoughts were broken by Manik.

Manik :- "Hey Champ... where are you lost ?"

Mukti (smiled) :- "Bhai ! How was your day ?"

Manik :- "Hmm... it was good. Ssup" ?

Mukti :- "Nothing much Bhai. I was just thinking Nandini."

The name immediately made Manik conscious but he made himself normal within few seconds.

Mukti :- "Is everything okay" ?

Manik :- "Yes. Actually, I too was thinking about Nandini." (Manik spoke blankly.)

Mukti :- "Huh.. please be clear.'

Manik :- "Yaar I was busy since last week. I told her that I will talk with her whenever I get free but since a week I couldn't talk with her and she too didn't even leave a message."

Mukti :- "Oh.. this is the matter. Chill Bhai ! She too must have been busy. You know I was going through instagram and suddenly saw our pics. It made me nostalgic."

Manik :- "Ok. Mukti can we both sit and check your Instagram ?"

Mukti :- "Sure."

Manik and Mukti sat on the couch and they checked her Instagram especially they were discussing about with Nandini. Then there comes a photo (opening pic in this chapter) on which Manik started laughing.

Mukti :- "Bhai ! What happened ?"

Manik :- "I didn't know two of my favorite people can give so cute pose "...(He showed Mukti the picture).

Mukti :- "OMG Bhai ! It's not funny. We were just having a nice time."

Manik :- "Cool."

Mukti :- "By the way , someone likes Nandini quite a lot."

Immediately Manik got shy. 

Manik :- "Nothing like that. She is just a friend."

Mukti :- "Ok. She's dating my college senior."

Manik (angrily) :- "Mukti ! Are you insane... you should have told me earlier. Now give me all the bio , whatever you know about that guy."

Mukti started laughing. Manik was startled.

Mukti :- "I was just kidding. She is still single but tell na Bhai how does it matter to you ?"

Manik :- "Actually , I like her but..."

Mukti :- "But couldn't confess that yet. It's ok. You know that I am there in your every decision."

Manik :- "Ya."

Mukti :- "I will message her in Instagram and also in WhatsApp within few days. I will also call her this time. Hope she replies."

Manik :- "Then we will plan a meeting with her no matter wherever she is."

Mukti :- "Awesome."

Manik thought in mind.

"MISSION FINDING OUT NANDINI IS ON."
