Hades Son

Happy ending...or is it?

That night Jared was in his bed thinking about what to do. He wanted to bring back Pedro's mother someway without having to live in hell with Hades. Jared knew he would have to somehow trick Hades into bringing Pedro's mother back alive. How would he trick Hades, the most evil being of all. The question went through his head over and over.

He felt really tired so he just went to sleep. He wasn't even thinking about having a dream with Hades but of course he did. Hades said to Jared, "You cannot trick me into bringing Pedro's mother back alive. I will know every move that you make." Jared said to Hades, "we will see about that." Hades told him, "you should watch yourself. You don't want to end up like the other people in hell that actually get hurt." For second this scared Jared but then he snapped out of it and snapped his fingers. Hades disappeared and Jared woke up from his dream.

It was morning and it was time for Jared to think more about what he was going to do to trick Hades. He went to Pedro's room, knocked on his door, and Pedro said, "Come in." Jared when into Pedro's room and told him what Hades said to Jared in his dream. Pedro told him to not do anything, he didn't want to lose Jared as his friend. Jared asked Pedro, "don't you want your mother back alive?" Pedro said, "of course I do, but not in the way that I'm going to lose my friend.

Jared and Pedro decide to go downstairs for some breakfast. Jared's mother was making waffles. Jared's mother asked Pedro, "Would you like some waffles?" Pedro said, "yes, I love Son waffles!" Jared asked his mother if she put any chocolate chips in them. His mother said that is only for special occasions. Jared was disappointed; however, he knew he would love the waffles anyways. Jared always loved when his mother made waffles.

Jared's mother asked Pedro how he was doing. Pedro told Jared's mother that he was hanging in there and was happy that they took him in. Pedro knew that his mother would be pleased that Jared's family was taking care of him. Jared asked Pedro if you wanted a vanilla shake. Pedro said, "Yes please." Jared made himself and Pedro vanilla milkshakes. Jared's mother didn't like vanilla milkshakes that much, too thick for her.

After breakfast, Jared and Pedro went to the park to play soccer. Of course, they didn't play with anyone else they just kept the soccer ball around. Jared and Pedro weren't kids that hung out with other kids; they just hung out with each other. They were happy like this. That's why they had to figure out a way to trick Hades.

Jared and Pedro had a lot of fun playing soccer at the park. When they got tired, they decided to go back home. Pedro told Jared that he was happy to call Jared's home his home, at least for a little bit. Jared told Pedro that he could stay as long as he wanted. Pedro was thankful to Jared and Jared's mother. Although, Pedro would do anything to have his mother back. He didn't want to say anything to Jared because he knew that Jared would take extreme measures.

When Jared and Pedro got home Jared's mother was making lunch. She asked Jared and Pedro, "Would you like to have grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup?" Both boys say yes. Jared's mother told them to go upstairs until lunch is ready. Jared and Pedro decide to hang out in Jared's room. When they got into Jared's room, someone was waiting for them. It was Hades, right next to Jared's desk.

Pedro was so scared. He never thought that he would see Hades in person. Hades introduced himself to Pedro. "Hello, my name is Hades, and I am Jared's father." Pedro got over his fear fast and told Hades, "I don't think so." Hades turned to Jared and said, "you should keep your friend in line or something might happen to him." Jared said to Hades, "if you touch a hair on Pedro I will personally kill you." Hades laughed at this statement. "You think you can kill me? Someone that is already dead? I don't think you're thinking straight Jared. I think being in the human world is messing with your head.

Suddenly, Jared prayed to G-d for Hades to disappear. Hades got mad at this and broke Jared's leg with his mind. Jared was in a lot of pain, but he didn't care, he prayed more and more to G-d to get rid of Hades. Finally, Hades disappeared, and Pedro ran downstairs to Jared's mother to tell her what had happened. Jared's mother ran upstairs to Jared's room and said to him that they had to go to the hospital to take care of Jared's leg.

They all went to the hospital to take care of Jared's leg. They were at the hospital for only 20 minutes because Jared was taken in as an emergency. Jared, Pedro, and Jared's mother went back home so Jared could rest his leg. Jared's mother told Jared that he has to be more careful. Jared said that it wasn't his fault, Hades was the one that broke his leg with his mind. Jared's mother said, "I know, however, try to think before you say things to Hades. The way you want to trick Hades is to go with what he is saying and then you will be able to trick him somehow."

Jared told Pedro that he was going to his room to rest. Pedro said, "that's fine, I am going to go to my bedroom to watch some TV. "Jared still want to think about how to trick Hades. Then, he figured it out. He called Hades, and Hades came to him right away. Jared said, "I will go back to Hell and live with you if you bring back Pedro's mother." Hades said, "sounds like a good deal." Jared said, "first bring back Pedro's mother alive."

Hades brought back Pedro's mother. Then he said, "Now it is time for you to come and live with me in hell." Jared looked at Hades and said, "I don't think so, I had my fingers crossed, knowing that you're Hades you should've known that." He said, "no!" Hades disappeared, and Pedro had his mother back alive again. Jared how did Pedro's mother and then they ran to Pedro's room, and when Pedro saw his mother he was overjoyed; however he was confused because then he saw Jared alive. Pedro thought to himself what had Jared done to trick Hades.
