Hades Son

The Decision

Jared realized he had no choice but to go with Hades. He was very scared and nervous. He didn't know what was going to happen. He knew this was a dream but for some reason he could not wake up. Somehow Hades was able to keep him in the dream.

Hades took Jared to Hell. Jared did not expect on Hell looking like it did. He thought there was going to be all fire and demons but there wasn't. Then Hades could tell that Jared was curious and Hades told him that this is not where the bad people went. This is where Hades lived so that's why it didn't have any fire or demons.

Hades house looked like a mansion. The surroundings were just grass and trees. The only difference of his world and the world above was that when you looked up you didn't see sky, you saw darkness. Hades told Jared it wasn't his choice for the sky to look like that. That is just how it ended up when he was thrown out of heaven and he had to make his own world.

Jared asked Hades, "When are you going to tell me what I am doing here?" Hades said to Jared, "let's go into my house and we'll talk about it." Jared and Hades went into Hades mansion. He had a butler that opened up the door for them, had someone come out of the kitchen and asked us if we wanted anything to drink and Hades said, "Martini on the rocks." Jared said, "no thanks." Hades asked Jared, "are you sure?" Jared said "yes."

While Jared and Hades were walking to Hades living room to sit down and talk, Jared was wondering in his head why is Hades being so nice to me. I thought Hades was a bad guy. There must be something up. Again, Jared never did anything wrong so he still didn't get why Hades wanted to talk to him. When Jared and Hades got to Hades living room, Hades Butler pulled out the chairs for them and Jared and Hades sat down. Hades told his butler to leave the room and he would call him if he needed him.

Jared looked to Hades. Jared asked, "What do you want to talk about?" Hades looked back at Jared and said to him, "this might be hard for you to believe." Jared said, "just tell me please." He said, "well believe it or not your parents or not your real parents, I am your father." Of course Jared did not want to believe this. He thought it was a lie that Hades was telling him. Then he thought why would Hades bring me down to hell but the nice part of it to lie to me. There Jared knew he was in big trouble.

Hades told Jared, "That's why I need you to choose what you want to do. Do you want to stay here with me, your real father, or go back with the humans and live your life out there?" Jared asked Hades how he would survive living with him. Hades told him that he was actually half demon, half human. Jared did not want to be half demon, half human. He just wanted to be human. Hades told Jared that he had no choice in the matter, no matter what he chose he would always be half demon, half human.

Jared asked Hades what he would be doing in hell if he decided to stay there. Hades told him that he would show him the ways of his leadership and let him see for himself how hell really is. Jared knew that it would be a risk to stay there. He also knew that this was a dream. He didn't know if this was actually real or not. Jared started to think, "Is this actually real? Am I actually in hell with Hades within my dream? Am I actually talking to the real Hades?" This is all questions that he was thinking to himself.

Out of nowhere, Hades pinched Jared and Jared woke up from the dream. Jared was relieved to see his bedroom until he turned his head to the right and saw Hades standing right there beside him. He's told Jared he would give him one day to think about it and then he would come back tonight for Jared's decision. Suddenly Hades disappeared and Jared jumped up from his bed, got dressed really fast, and went downstairs. He saw his mother in the kitchen and told her everything. Jared's mother told him that it could not be true because his father, his mother's husband, was his real father. Then Jared and his mother thought about it; maybe Hades made it look like that so there would be no questions. One thing Jared knew was that he had to choose to be in the human world or hell with Hades by that night.
