Chapter Six

Lucy P.O.V.

Ring

I heard the bell sound it's ear-piercing scream as I ran out of my last class before lunch. As I made my way to an empty table, I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned to see the same salmon-haired boy from last time. What was his name...

"Hey," he grinned widely. His teeth were almost blinding in the sunlight. "If you've forgotten my name, it's Natsu."

"Hi Natsu," I smiled back. He seemed pretty nice for someone who cussed out loud in the middle of History (long story).

"So where are your friends?" he asked me. He was holding a brown paper bag stained with I-don't-want-to-know and it seemed pretty beaten up.

"Oh they're all busy," I explained. Well, I explained half of the full explanation. It seemed as if Juvia and Levy were off in their own situation having their own affairs.

"Then come eat with us," he grabbed me by the arm to where he was sitting. I couldn't help but blush since people were staring and smirking under their hands covering their faces. I blushed from pure embarrassment. It's not that I like him...

I snapped back to reality when we arrived at the table. There was a boy with spiky navy hair and his shirt off(?) eating a snowcone(??) along with a really pretty girl with scarlet hair submissively poking at her half-eaten food with a fork.

"Hey, you two!" their faces shot up from their food. "This is a new friend! Her name is Lucy!"

Now I knew I was blushing from embarrassment. He shouted loud enough for the whole cafeteria to hear and they were all looking this way.

"Hi, I'm Gray," the navy-haired boy waved. I waved back with a small smile...and felt this murderous aura suddenly enveloping me.

"Erza," the girl mumbled. I said hi, but it seemed as if she had a lot on her mind.

Well, this will be an interesting group...

Natsu P.O.V.

After introducing Lucy to the team, the mood has increasingly become lifted. Gray was more lighthearted and even Erza's scowl lessened as she smiled. I felt as if bringing Lucy to meet my friends was a good choice, and I came to like Lucy as a friend more.

When the bell rang to end lunch, we all stood up to leave. Erza left without a word and Gray left after he spouted another insult about me. The only people left in the cafeteria now was Lucy and me.

We headed towards the classroom, since we also had the same teacher, Macao, for Science. It was pretty uneventful until my phone buzzed in my pocket.

I turned it on to see I've gotten a text.

When I opened it, I almost dropped the phone.

It read:

I am watching. We are watching. She will be killed.
