Gray P.O.V.

I stepped out of the classroom looking out both ends of the hall and was wearing a bandana just to make sure that she wasn't there.

I had one more period but I was allowed to skip because I had...somewhere to go.

Grabbing the car keys in my locker, I unlocked the door to my car and clambered in. It wasn't that long of a drive so I didn't need to make any stops. I just looked at the never ending freeway in front of me.

The freeway...

"Hurry! This person's lost a lot of blood!"

"Come on! You need to drive faster, we're losing her!"

"Gray, it's going to be alright. Trust me."

"Trust me."

"Damn it," I snapped back to focus when a tear rolled down my cheek. I hastily brushed it away and went back to staring at the empty road.

"Damn it," I cursed again. She told me not to cry, yet I'm here doing just that.

I'm just a big wuss.

The exit finally pulled up and I was able to escape the never-ending freeway of memories. I drove a bit faster, and the buildings slowly morphed into grassland. There was a winding road up a secluded place.

The grave of Ul.

I parked my car down the hill, and started trekking up the slopes when my phone buzzed with a message. Oh great, a text from Juvia which reads:

Gray-sama~ I've planned something very big for you and I'll make sure it will have a special place in your heart~ Please meet me at the school swimming pool at 6 PM today~ Bye<3

How did she even get my number?

I jammed the phone in my pocket, only to have another message come into my phone. I sighed, pulling out the phone. It was a message from Natsu. Ugh, I don't need another person taking my time away. I threw the phone in the car and trudged to the grave site while picking flowers on the way.

As I walked up the rugged trail, it started raining. First it was a drizzle, then it was a downpour. Lightning crackled and thunder boomed as I ran in my soaked school uniform back to the car.

I quickly unlocked the car door and jumped in. Shivering and cold, my numb fingers fumbled to the passenger seat to find my coat, and when I finally found it, I put it on and rushed out of the car.

The path quickly got very muddy and slippery, and I found myself slipping as I ran up the steep hill.

"Just a little more..." I muttered. The tombstone was in sight and I was taking my last few strides but then my feet lost its friction...

And I fell.

My face smacked into the mud and I slid back down to where I started. I stood to find myself caked with mud and water. Oh great, how am I going to wash this off?

I stomped back into my car. I can't go to the grave in this type on condition. I can die.

I looked of a pack of tissues in the car, but everything was such a mess that I gave up and decided to just drive.

My phone was buzzing from all the messages I was getting. Some of it was from Natsu, but he surprisingly stopped perstering me. The most were from that chick Juvia. Which reminds me that I need to go and visit whatever she's doing.

The school/castle/palace looked like a Transylvanian tower in the rain and thunder. As I walked through the hallways into the pool, thunder boomed, making the windows rattle and sound echo through the empty hallways.

I walked with a trail of mud and water mix dripping behind me. My suit shoes sounded like the squeals of little mice with every step.

The indoor pool room was pitch black when I entered, and it was really hard to see anything. I groped around in hope of a light switch and hastily turned it on when I found one. When the lights were on, I saw Juvia in front of a massive cake and a banner saying "Congratulations!" She was holding what little left of Ul I had.

What the fuck.

Juvia P.O.V.

Oh I just knew that Gray would love it! I spent all night baking the cake and making decorations, and judging from the absolute shock on his face, it seemed like a successful operation.

"Hi Gray!" I said cheerfully. He still didn't recover from his stage of shock. Was he really that surprised? "Gray how do you like the-"

He walked up to me in a condesceding fashion. The aura suddenly turned dark as he focused his angry gaze on me, but I couldn't help but blush from all the close contact.

"Um," my face reddened. "So you should try the cake-"

He snatched the photo from my hands as he held me up by the collar. "And what the fuck are you trying to do, celebrating this?!" he shouted.

Now it was my turn to be confused, "What do you mean?"

"You know exactly what I mean!" his grip tightened on my school uniform. "This isn't some fucking birthday party and it definitely isn't something to celebrate about!"

"But I thought-" I was cut off.

"No one fucking cares what you think!" he roars with tears of frustration swimming in his eyes. "You're just a creepy stalker that nobody likes so just shut up and stop interfering with my life!"

He drops me from his grip and dashes out with the photo in hand. I ran to chase him, but stopped when I heard the distant echo of his sobs.

"I made him cry," I muttered. I turned to look at the now empty and unfriendly banners and cake. I felt something wet drip down on my face and onto my clothes as well. Tears.

I backed up against a wall and sat there, replaying all the events that happened. His look of utter shock, rage and sadness.

I ran into the girls' locker room and sat on the wet tile floor, sobbing and being frustrated at myself and Gray. What did I do wrong? Why was he so mad? Was there something I missed?

My mind kept going back to when he shouted at me.

"You're just a creepy stalker that nobody likes so stop interfering with my life!"

Is that all I am to him? A creepy stalker? My sobs diminished into hiccups, but went back to sobs again.

What did I do wrong?

{Wow okay that was really late... And guess what? The next story might be coming out a little later as well because I'm working on a small fanfic/series of oneshots for my friend *cheering in the distance* but anyways I digress. Jerza is next. Mwahaha. Note: I republished this since so many people couldn't read it}
