Lets go somewhere (Mike Imagine)

Y/N's POV

It was around 8:30-ish at night.
"Mike should still be up, right?" I think out loud.
Today, I had that random rush of being able to do anything late at night and that thing that I had the urge to do was to go somewhere. Anywhere.
I quickly threw on a sweatshirt and some jeans and headed for my window.
I walked in street, illuminated by the streetlights as I walked to mike's.
One thing I hate about Mike's house: it's two levels.
Do you know how hard it is to get people's attention when they're chilling in their rooms on the top-level?
I run around to the side of his house, where his room is and throw an acorn at his closed window.
Immediately he opens his curtains and looks down at me.
I wave like a fucking idiot.
"Y/N! What do you want?!" He yells down at me.
"Just get down here, Frogface!" I yell back.
He rolls his eyes and walks away from the window.
A few minutes later he comes out of the front door with a purely annoyed look plastered on his face.
"What is it?" He says.
"Let's go on an adventure!" I say, excitedly.
"Where?"
"I don't know, somewhere?"
Mike smiles and says, "Alright fine."
"Yes!" I say.
We walk down the street in silence for a few minutes before he says, "Y/N."
"Yeah?"
"I kind of want to um... Tell you something." He was looking down at the ground as he kicked a stone.
"Come at me." I smile.
"I've kind of liked you since the second grade and the party has been pestering me ever since to tell you but I always feared that you wouldn't like me back..."
I just stared at him. "Mike..."
"This is what I thought would've happened a-"
"I love you."
"W-what?"
"I said, I love you."
He stopped in his tracks for what seemed like forever.
We just stared at each other.
I looked at the ground and we then carried on walking like nothing ever happened.
The sky was dark blue, scattered with white stars.
That was the most awkward five minutes of my life.
"Y/N?"
"Yeah?"
I stopped to face him.
Then it happened.
He smashed his lips on mine.
The kiss only lasted thirty seconds, but it felt like hours.
Mike pulls away and says "Best adventure ever."
"It's not over yet." I smirk.

Im sorry this was really short but I thought it was pretty good.
