The month went by and Tarak smoothly transitioned from his old lifestyle to his new one. Soon he was officially in the Flying Club and was learning how to be a flyer for a student. He became the new flyer for Andres, who was Faeran's Rider. This meant that Faeran was no longer a flyer for a student, so he was an official flyer for the teachers just like Valark, Terrace, Sylph and Cat, which was his goal for a long time. Things were also progressing between Tucker and Skellor as well. Their bond as partners were getting stronger everyday and soon they would be able to go up in rank and take on harder missions.

"So when do you think we'll be able to run with Valark and the gang?" Skellor asked Tucker as they went on their daily flight.

"Hm?" Tucker looked at him confused. "What do you mean?"

"I mean when do you think we'll be in the same rank as Valark and Terrace and everyone else you hang out with? Myth Rider said after our training we would be in the same rank. How long do you think that will be?"

Tucker thought for a moment. "Mastery takes a really long time, the only reason Cat and Sylph have achieved mastery is because they've been working on it since they were kids."

Skellor nodded. "Yeah I guess it's a ways away. But I can't wait until I can go on official missions with them instead of them just babysitting us in our lower missions. I wanna show Faeran that I'm stronger than he thinks." He still hadn't let go of the fact that Faeran kicked his butt on the first day of his classes.

Tucker gave a small sigh. "They all know you're tough, Skellor. Give it a rest."

"Hmph." Skellor continued flying, watching the scenery. "It really is pretty out here..."
Tucker nodded and watched the vast landscape. They flew over it every day and it was still breathtaking. The academy was in a flat area but nearby were large, rolling hills and pastures with vibrant greens, yellows and soft, light browns. Behind the hills were proud, purple mountain ranges that extended to the sky. It was truly a tranquil and peaceful place, especially for these kind of students. It was also pretty far from civilization, so they didn't have to worry about any distractions or problems from society. Tucker watched the birds and the deer go on their merry way until Skellor stopped in the middle of the air and hovered.

"Huh? What's going on Skellor?" Tucker looked up from the ground and blinked, seeing what Skellor did. Not too far from them was a large gold dragon with dark red spines and black armor, the same dragon that he had met the same night Valark took him to the academy. "What is he doing here?"

Skellor just stared for a little while before he turned and flew back to the academy at top speed. He sensed that something was wrong with that dragon and it was not supposed to be there. He dove down onto the ground, ignoring Tucker's cries of surprise, pulled Tucker off and ran inside, turning into his human form. "Myth Rider! Myth Rider!"

Myth Rider came out of her office with Sky Archer and looked at him, alarmed by his panicked state. "What is it Skellor? What happened?"

Skellor grabbed her by the shoulders and placed his forehead onto one

, shaking. He couldn't shake the feeling of pure dread that was crawling under his skin. "There's a dragon out there. Something's not right with it!" He continued to shake and tremble.

Tucker ran in and saw the scene. "Myth Rider, what happened?"

She looked at Tucker and frowned. "What dragon did you see?"

Tucker slowly started to realize what happened. "There was a dragon with yellow scales and dark red spines. It also had black armor on it." He watched Myth Rider's eyes widen and he continued. "I've seen the dragon before. It came to get me when Valark brought me here. But it also had a man with it on it's back. I've been meaning to ask you about it, but I forgot."
