"So this is it?"
The group had chosen to go right, for the left side had the locked door- and Toadette's lifeless body.
"I have no idea what we're doing, but this better lead us out of here," Bowser growled, his loud voice bouncing off the walls of the tunnel.
"This is a mansion after all, so it may be haunted," Mario warned. "Like ghosts."
However, Yoshi didn't seem to think that was even a problem.
"Ghosts?" he started laughing uncontrollably, grabbing onto a pointed rock for support. "White floaty bitches don't scare me."
"Good," Waluigi grinned. "Now I don't suppose you wouldn't want to lead us in there?"
He pointed straight ahead where the torches on the side of the tunnel stopped, leaving only darkness and the unknown ahead.
"Second thought, I got surgery on my knee a few days ago, so there's no way I can stay up front," Yoshi crossed his arms and proceeded to limp on one leg.
"That actually doesn't make sense, but I don't really care at this point," Birdo sighed helplessly.
After the group had passed the last torch, darkness engulfed them, bringing an eerie silence.
Waluigi pulled out a flashlight. He switched it on, however there was no light illuminating.
"Come on," Waluigi groaned as he repeatedly switched it on and off.
After a few more seconds with no success, Waluigi had enough of it.
"Piece of shit," he threw it against the rock-hard wall, denting the device.
Yoshi went for the flashlight, which now produced light.
"Hey, you got it to work!" he yelled in triumph.
After that, is was back to silence, until Bowser had something to say.
"This mood sucks ass," Bowser moaned.
"Let's . . . brighten it up a bit," he said with an evil grin.
"Ha, I get it," Yoshi chuckled, which netted him a jab in the arm by Waluigi.
"That's not funny," he said in the deepest voice possible.
Yoshi gulped and scooted to the back of the group.
"How do you suppose we do this, Bowser?" Rosalina stopped walking, and so did the others.
"By telling secrets, of course!" Birdo butted in.
"Well, almost," Bowser glared. "It's-"
"Secrets definitely sound better than what you have to say," Yoshi said. "It's probably what you want for dinner, like horse meat or somthin' nasty like that."
"Fuck you!" Bowser got defensive. "That's actually great, believe me. Even that good part that's right under the tail and-"
"Sorry, but no one cares about horse meat," Waluigi told him.
