Chapter 17: Secret Admirer

[Before the last chapter]

Levi sighed, sitting down on his couch.

Farlan passed by and saw his friend's state and asked him what was wrong.

"Nothing." He mumbled.

"Come on, you can tell me." Farlan said sitting on the couch beside him.

Levi sighed again and rested his head on his hands.

"Is that weird chick calling you again? I can get her to stop." He suggested.

Levi just shook his head.

"No, I rejected her for about 10 times now and she hasn't bothered me ever since. Its something else." He said.

The teen thought for a moment.

"Is it about that girl you shared our secret entrance? What's her name Eren?"

Levi looked at him, his face blank. He stood up went to the kitchen.

Farlan went after him a grin on his face.

"Oh my god it is!" He exclaimed.

Levi made himself some tea and some coffee for Farlan. (A/n: my afternoon heaven 😍)

"So what if it is?" He said while pouring the hot water in his cup.

"You have a crush on her." He stated.

Levi paused, he shrugged it off trying to hide the heat rising from his cheeks.

"So?"

"Ha! Levi, you like Er - !"

"One word to her and you die." He threatened. "And besides," he added.

"Give it three more months and it'll die down." He said.

I hope.

"You want me to help?"

"Help with what?"

"You and you know who." Farlan wiggled his eyebrows.

"I don't know what you're implying." He said.

"Write poems, or maybe bring her chocolates. But if you want it to be obscure, well you could always drop off notes in her locker." He suggested.

"You mean... Like a secret admirer?"

"Yeah something like that." He said taking his coffee from Levi and sitting on the kitchen island.

"Thanks for the tip." He said taking a sip of his tea.

Later that night he asked some of Eren's friends for some info.

"...well if you really want to, she's one of those people who adore poetry." Said Armin

"... I swear if you hurt her I will cut off your - !"  Mikasa exclaimed

"Yeah I get it."

"Good. Her locker number is 09-01-14 by the way." She added.

"Thank you, guys. And remember don't tell her anything." He reminded them and ended the call.

The next day he went earlier than usual and went straight to Eren's locker.

He looked around making sure no one was there.

He opened the locker and put in two notes, one in her Music textbook and one on the top so that when she opens it it would fall off.

At lunch he paid a random student to give her the third note, then he watched her reaction.
