I walked… well it was more of a skip, to my room to get ready to train with Pein. Hehe, finally I was going to train! My skipping was interrupted by a wall of flesh that I crashed into. I rubbed my nose and looked up to see Deidara.

“What’s got you all happy,un?” He asked as he offered me his hand. I took it and stood.

“Leader-sama is taking me out to train today!” I yelled.

Deidara started to laugh, and I gave him a confused look.

“What’s so funny?”

“Someone’s finally letting the Akatsuki pet out!” He continued to laugh as he walked away.

I growled and ran towards him. I. Am. Not. A. Pet. I ran diagonally on the wall and when I reached ceiling height, I forced the chakra from my feet to give me enough power to land onto Deidara’s back. I noticed a dent in the wall from where I pushed off. Deidara groaned as his faced was pounded into the ground. I smiled and hopped off his back.

“Bye-Bye Dei-kun,” I taunted.

I continued to walk to my room. Once I got there, I shifted through some of my clothes to find something a little tighter fitting to wear during training. I really need to get some of my own clothes. I found a smaller Uchiha shirt and a pair of grey shorts. I walked to the training grounds, since I got here earlier I decided to practice some balancing skills. I flipped so I was now on my hands, I looked up and stared walking around the training ground. I grinned as I started walking up a tree on my hands. Chakra control to the hands like this was harder than I made it seem. I got bored when I reached the halfway mark of the tree. I moved over to a branch and when I got to the thinner part of the branch I focused more chakra to one hand as I balanced single handed on the branch.

“I see your acrobatic skills have improved quite a bit,” I looked down to see Pein looking up at me.

I smiled and let my body swing from the top of the branch, to where I was swinging from it by one hand.

“I’ve improved in more than just acrobats Pein.”

Snap!

The branch that I was hanging onto was no longer connected to the tree! I started falling, and I wasn’t prepared enough to land on my feet. I screamed terribly scared that I was going to hit the ground. I stopped immediately as I had landed on something that wasn’t the hard ground. Instead it was a hard pair of arms.

“You’re such a clumsy ninja,” Pein said.

“I am not!”

Pein didn’t say anything, his body seemed to freeze as he tightened his grip on my body. He looked around the dense forest for something that I couldn’t sense.

“Well, well, well, what a cute sight. Pein, the leader of the Akatsuki cradling the Child of Dreams, never in my years would I thought I would see this.” My head snapped to the voice that sent shivers down my spine.
