And now, here we are. One year after that incredible day, stuck miles and miles apart. This song, as you were probably able to tell, is actually pretty sad. I couldn't find a song that better described it, however. Memories of our years together, be it platonically or not, play in my head on a repeat constantly.
I'm sure I would have been happier if I had confessed to you before you were engaged. That probably would have been better for everyone involved, actually. It probably would have prevented a lot of pain. But I was scared of what you would think. I'm glad my fears were dumb and wrong
I probably miss you a lot right now, so if you could do me a favor and FaceTime me, that would be awesome. Happy anniversary.
