Hope who ever is reading this likes it :D

"Beatrice get up. We need to start loading off stuff." Caleb says and bangs on my door.

I groan and put my pillow over my head trying to block the sound out.

No such luck.

"Shut up." I mumble into the pillow.

Sooner or later the banging stops and I can finally get my face out of my pillow. I try to stand up and move but I just flop back down onto the bed, asking myself in my mind, 'Why do I have to get up?' I puff out air from annoyance and FINALLY get up. Today my brother and I are moving into our dorms for boarding school. My father got a job transfer to here in Chicago and also a request from the school for his children to go their, which would be payed for. Boarding school starts tomorrow and I still have so much to do today. Sadly

I go over to my closet and quickly pick out black ripped jean shorts and a long sleeved black top with the sleeves really thin and silky. I put on grey sneakers, beanie, and black sunglasses. I grabbed one of the boxes from my room and start loading them onto my red jeep. In less than 15 minutes, I finished loading and go inside for breakfast.

I see my mom made pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns.

"Thanks mom you're the best!" I say.

Once I finish getting my breakfast, Caleb comes along and steals it from me.

"Hey!" He sticks out his tongue and I roll my eyes. Sometimes my brother can be real immature.

I just grab some bacon and quickly scarf it down and go out to the car. My brother comes right after me going into his car. We say our goodbyes to my parents and we drive down to the school. It only takes us about 5 minutes to get there since we live close to it. Caleb and i go to the main office together, walking up to the counter. A young lady looks up from her computer and smiles at us.

"Hi how may I help you?" she asks.

My brother is the first one to speak. "My sister and I-" ,motioning to me, "are freshmen here. Do you by chance have our schedules?" She nods. "Names?" I speak this time. "Beatrice and Caleb Prior." She goes to a room in the back of the counter. A couple minutes later she comes back with two clipboards. She hands one to each of us.

"The classes your taking are already decided. We just need to figure out which 'faction' you guys are in. Then we can decide the teachers." We both nod. She hands us our clipboards and we walk to some waiting chairs and we start filling the paper out.

"Do you know what they mean by the 'factions' here?" I ask Caleb. He nods. "The factions are to assign you to a, what I call 'group' that is dedicated to a trait. There's five of them. Abnegation, the selfless who help with like community service crap, Candor, the honest, which are like the people who are on student council and go to debates, amity, the peaceful, which I can guess you already know about." He bounces his eyebrows and I groan. "Don't remind me." I mumble as I put my hand on my head. He laughs lightly and continues. "Erudite, the intelligent, who, in your way, are the nerds. And finally dauntless, the brave, who are like, the jocks here." I nod and continue to fill out the sheet.

I finish the paper longer after Caleb finished, yet he waited for me. Once we get up and go back to the desk, I mumble a thank you and he pats my back. We turn in the papers to the lady at the desk. "Alright wait here." She says. She puts the papers through a machine and about a minute later, the papers come back out.

"Here is your schedule. Caleb you received Erudite," He fist pumped in the air. Guess that's what he wanted. I smile when he does it. "And Beatrice you received what we call, divergent. You can choose from three of the given factions. Abnegation, Erudite, or Dauntless." I give thought into it. I wouldn't really be selfless enough to be in Abnegation, and I wouldn't be smart enough for Erudite. Dauntless seems like its for me. I did a lot of sports when I was young. "Dauntless." I say. She nods and goes back with my paper, puts in a codes and the paper goes in. I turn to Caleb and think I see a little bit of disappointment in his eyes but it goes away as fast as it came.

She comes back with my paper. "Here you are dear." She hands it to me and smiles. I only smile back just to return the favor. She hands us both a map of the campus and we say good-bye to her. I turn to my schedule and read of the classes I have in my head.

First Period- Homeroom Mr. Wu

Second Period- History Mrs. Roses

Third Period- English Ms. Johannah

Fourth Period- Math Mr. Pewds

Lunch

Fith Period- Free period

Sixth Period- Science Ms. Matthews

Seventh Period- Gym Coach Amar

Eight Period- Band Ms. Wu

Ninth Period- Art Ms. Wu

I nod to myself after looking at some of the classes.

"Caleb do you have any of these classes?" I hand him my schedule. He nods and hands it back. "I have second, fourth, and fifth period." "Alright."

We walk back to our cars and I see a couple guys staring at my car. One of them has stormy blue eyes that looks so beautiful. I shake my head and continue walking to my car. I shouldn't be thinking like that. Once I reach it, I see the guys that were staring look at me and then the one with stormy blue eyes look at the car while he whispers something to the guy next to him. He laughs and I just roll my eyes. Spreading stuff about me I bet. I grab one of the boxes and look at the map. Dauntless dorms are all the way across from this parking lot. I groan and try and put the box back on but it falls and some of my school supplies fall out.

"Dammit." I mutter under my breath. I sit the box up right and start to collect some of the stuff. I pick up a pile of notebooks when I hear a voice say, "Here let me help you with that." and a hand touches the same notebook I picked up. I look and see the boy with the stormy blue eyes. I blink a couple of times and start to blush.

"Ummm thank you," I say as I blush and stare at the groun. He helps me pick up the rest of my stuff.

"What's your name?" He asks once we finish.

"My-My name is..." I trail off and he looks at me expectantly waiting for me to say my name. Beatrice here doesn't seem right here. I want to start off new here.

"My name is Tris." I say as I give a very small smile. He smiles back and says "My names Four." I nod.

"Nice name." I say. He laughs a little.

"I guess I'll see you around?" He asks. I nod my head and he waves good-bye and goes back to his group, all of them staring at him wide-eyed. Probably never see him talking to a girl like me. I get into my truck and follow the directions to the dorms for my new life.

So? Whatcha think? You like the math teacher's name? XD That was curtisy of my friend cause I couldn't think of a name since I was having a brain fart. Oh well. So I just need to ask two questions.
