Chapter 7

Levy P.O.V

I'm crazy,I'm so fucking crazy. I ran through the burning doors an up the stairs.

The flames were wavering oddly and messing up my vision. I stumbled here and there but I made it to the first sniper room. I reached for the door and realized my mistake. I hissed as the handle burned my skin.

I kicked it hard a couple of time before it finally fell. Bisca was coughing in the corner, her gun abandoned by the window. I quickly ran to her and grabbed her. "We gotta go!" I yelled at her.

We ran to the window and I used the butt of her gun to smash the window. She looked at me wide eyed. "Just trust me and jump." She looked at the window before nodding.

She climbed onto the window sill and jumped. I looked out and saw the boys setting her on her feet. Al was limping his way to her.

I ran back to the hall and went to the next door. I immediately kicked it and it have way. Juvia was lying on the floor unconscious. "Shit." I ran to her. She was still breathing and it looked like she had been shot by one of the moltov throwers.

I smashed the window and yelled at the boys. "Juvias unconscious! I'm going to have to lower her from the window!" They got as close as they could while I grabbed Juvia.

I gently slid her over the window and stretched down with her. Once she was close enough I let go and the boys caught her.

The next room had the last two snipers. Mira and Lisanna were trying to move debris away from the window. I helped grab the burning rubble, I'd boring the pain in my hands. The floor started to cave. "Jump!"

Gajeel P.O.V

As we ran around to the other side of the manor we heard a loud creaking sound. Just as we heard the wood inside break and splinter, the windows exploded as three girls jumped out.

Natsu dove and caught Lisanna, Grey caught Mira, tumbling backwards. I caught Levy and fell hard on my back. I laid her on the ground as she coughed violently as did the other girls.

"Woman do you enjoy giving me heart attacks?" She laughed a little between coughs. "As a matter of fact... I do..." She laughed again and laid on her back trying to take deep breaths.

Wendy came running around the building with some others in white with stretchers. Levy turned down the stretcher as Mira and Lisanna were carried off. I rolled my eyes and tossed her on my shoulder, following Wendy while ignoring the protesting bluenette.

We all stood outside the manor with heavy hearts. The outside didn't look terrible but the inside was destroyed. Levy stood beside me, her burned hands wrapped tight.

"Well let's get to work!" She said with a smile. I raised an eyebrow."You can't work with those hands." She smiled that scary sweet smile. "I'm supervising, now hop to it!" The crowd cheered and set to work.

At noon everyone stopped for lunch and while we ate, gramps came in. "Everything is looking great children! At this rate the manor will be done by the end of the week!" A few people cheered.

"Now the bad news." he said suddenly serious. Everyone went quiet. "We have found out who set this attack." we waited in silence. "Crime Socier."

I saw Levy shaking slightly beside me. At first I thought it was fear until I saw her eyes. They were the eyes of a killer. "They have attacked us in out home, they have hurt out family!" Gramps yelled.

"We will strike back, but I want you to be patient my children! We will put together our broken home and our broken bodies. We will train and prepare. And then it's WAR!" he shouted.

We all lept to our feet and shouted. Once everyone calmed down he spoke again. "I do not want anyone alone. We can not house everyone here so I would like partners to move in together, maybe groups stay together as well. Do not do anything alone, is that clear."

The were murmurs and acknowledgments. I turned to Levy at the same time she turned to me. "Would you mind if we stayed at my flat? I don't want leave Lily." she asked. I raised an eyebrow.

"Lily?" she nodded and smiled. I shrugged"Sure."
