i woke up to an alarm, i opened my eyes and proceeded to rubbing them and sat up from jisoo hyung's bed. i looked beside me that hyung wasn't there, i also checked the alarm from his phone and pressed the stop button. i hear a lot of coughing from his bathroom as i stood up and walked up to the door and knocked on it, "hyung? are you in there?" i asked from the other side of the door as i hear another faint cough. "i-i'm alright seokmin-ah." i hear jisoo hyung saying out afterwards coughing more.

i backed away from the door as i hear the doorknob turn and reveal a pale jisoo hyung, "hyung i think you shouldn't go to practice today again." i told him as he just looked at me and nodded his head. i frowned as i walk up to him and hug him, "it's gonna be alright hyung." i tell him reassuringly as he hugged back as i could feel him smiling "thank you seokmin. i'll rest." he said as i smiled even wider. i glance at the wall clock as it read as 11 am, jisoo hyung was the first to let go of the hug and smiled at me a little "you going to the studio?" he asked me as i nodded and grabbed some of my clothes in his closet and changed in the bathroom. after that i got out of the bathroom, i see jisoo hyung blushing.

i chuckled at him and pat his head, "see you later hyung and take care of yourself." i said as i ran out of his apartment and to the studio. i could almost feel a blush on my face whenever i see jisoo flustered, do i like him?

i stood in the living room, blushing even more. i walked to my fridge and brought out one of the cakes and walked to the couch, i felt the petals in ny mouth as i quickly placed the plate on the coffee table and grabbed for the basket of bloody petals as i coughed it oug again. the cough was worse than the previous coughs i had, i noticed a thorn, bigger than the other thorns i coughed up, was attached to a stem and petals had noticeable blood now. i sighed as i know that this sickness will become worse and worse by the day, i might even get confined if i keep this up.

the festival is in two months now and i still have hanahaki which is getting more painful by each day that passes by. i eat the cake as i mentally thanked seokmin for knowing my favorite cake, even if jeonghan is my bestfriend, my first ever bestfriend would be seokmin (i should stop because it feels like i'm bestfriend-zoning him). as i finished the cake i hear my phone rung as i saw seokmin's caller ID, i quickly picked my phone up and answered the call.

"hello seokminnie?" i then slapped my face and groaned at the pain from my own hand, the nickname slipped out of my mouth as i blushed from embarrassment. i hear chuckling from the other end, which was pleasing to hear because it was seokmin's. "seokminnie? i like it." seokmin said as i blushed more, "r-really? i guess i have to call you that from now on." i said still blushing as i was trying to hide the excitement in my voice. "anyways, hyung i think i left my towel there can you please bring it for me? the others are busy and i don't wanna disturb them." he said "oh sure, i'll be there." i said with a grin plastered on my face, "see you seokmin-ah." i said as i hung up and looked for his towel and saw a pastel blue towel hanged up near the bathroom with seokmin's initials on it. i changed my pajamas pants to some jeans and grabbed one of my hoodies as i wore it, i grabbed seokmin's towel as i walked out of my apartment going to jihoon's studio.

when no one was looking, i kind of sneaked a sniff of the towel. it smells exactly like seokmin as i smiled, and no it's not his sweat. i opened the door to the studio as i walked down the stairs to the studio downstairs, jihoon's mom owned this cafe and would retire soon. i remembered the time when we were practicing, my hanahaki wasn't involved here yet, his mom barged into the practice room as we were practicing a private track called 'beautiful'. she told us that one day she would retire and have all of us work in the cafe, we didn't mind though, we love this cafe and basically this is where i craved the cake i favor now. so a few weeks ago, she told us some encouraging words as we would work in the cafe and work on the festival. the cafe is closed right now because of us being so busy,

i snapped out of my thoughts and flashbacks as i opened the door to the practice room; i see everyone sprawled on the floor, some practicing, some of them were chatting and i could see jun cradling minghao as the other was hugging his kermit doll and taking a nap. i chuckled as i walked inside and closed the door behind me quietly but hansol saw me with a suprised expression on his face but smiled afterwards, "hi jisoo hyung!" hansol shouted out everyone whipped their heads to see me as they asked me how i was and they told me that they hope that i would practice with them soon. i smiled weakly at them and told them thanks, i see seokmin walk up to me and smiled. i smiled back at him as i gave him his towel,

"thanks hyung!" he replied and wiped his sweat using his towel, "you're welcome seokmin." i said as i pat his back. "also sorry for making you get out of the apartment and 'not' rest." he said with a frown on his face as i was flustered, "n-no, it's fine seokminnie. i needed the exercise for awhile." i told him as he suddenly grinned widely and said another thank you. "i'll be off now, see you guys!" i waved at them as they waved back at me and saying some get well greetings aswell, i walked out of the practice room as i walked to the park coughing up some petals and thorns a bit. i sighed as i just threw the flowers by the lake, adding a bit of decorations to it.
