epilogue: seok × shua

i walked happily to the school wearing my school jacket, some sweatpants and a shirt underneath the jacket also some sneakers. as i got in campus i walked towards my locker to open it and fine a small note with a rose attached to it, "what's this?" i asked myself as i studied the rose and took a look at the note.

' hi shuaa~ i want to give you this note a bit early, i have something for you later at the café (even though we have a work). ANYWAYS SEE YOU AT LUNCH HYUNG, LOVE YOU ; seokmin <3 '

i chuckled as i folded the note neatly and place it back in my locker and grab my chemistry book and close my locker again, then headed to class. as i got inside the classroom i walked to my seat next to wonwoo and sat down, wonwoo looked at me waved at me while adjusting his glasses. wonwoo and some other sophomores got into some senior classes, which actually impressed me, then our teacher came as class started,

i sighed as i get out of gym class wearing my extra clothes and my sweatshirt, i look behind me to see soonyoung and seungcheol catch up with me. as we passed by the lockers some students were staring at us and talking about our big win, "you hear that? we're famous!" soonyoung exclaimed quietly as i chuckled "ofcourse we are, we won in the festival a few days ago." i said as we stopped by my locker as i unlocked it and see another note from seokmin. "oh my god this is so cliché." i said as i smiled and read the note in my hand and close my locker,

' hey again shua~ i have something again at the table, dw i'm already there!!! love, seokminnie~ '

seungcheol and soonyoung eyed the note and smirked at me, i looked at them confused "what?" i asked them as seungcheol just shrugged and cheekily smiled "oh nothing jisoo." seungcheol said as i just shrugged and walked with them towards our table. i sat down beside what seems to be seokmin's chair but seokmin wasn't in it, "guys, where's seok?" i asked my friends as jeonghan sat down in his seat inbetween chan and seungcheol "oh he went to buy something." jeonghan told me reassuringly as i just nodded my head. i felt an arm snake around my shoulder as i turn my head to see seokmin smiling widely and i smile back at him as he kisses my cheek, "no pda please!" seungkwan exclaimed as we laughed at him "oh come on, you and hansol always do pda infront of us." jihoon said as seungkwan was now blushing "you know, they are right kwannie." hansol told seungkwan making him blush more.

"shut up sollie." seungkwan said jokingly as we just ate our lunch with our indoor jokes, "oh yeah i got you something shua." seokmin said as he was now holding a strawberry lollipop. i gasped and covered my mouth with my hand as seokmin handed me the lollipop smiling, "still remember it?" he asked me as i slowly nodded still smiling. "oh my god seokmin, you're really the best." i told him as he smiled triumphantly as i leaned in to kiss his cheek. "hey mo- i mean hyung." minghao said as jun started laughing at him, jeonghan glaring at me and everyone else confused. "yes minghao?" i ask him as he gestured to the lollipop, "what's special about the lollipop?" he asked me as i smiled more and looked over at seokmin "well this specific lollipop was the one seokmin gave me when we were kindergarteners." i said proudly as seokmin smiled sheepishly, the others were cooing as mingyu tapped on jun's shoulder "see hyung, i told you they're more married than jeonghan hyung and seungcheol hyung!" mingyu exclaimed as jun nodded in agreement.

"i see your point gyu." jun said as i rolled my eyes as the bell rang for my last two classes, "wait all of you have one class today right?" i ask them as some of them nodded while chan, minghao and hansol shook their heads. "me and chan have extra literature classes on tuesdays." hansol explained as chan nodded, i look over to minghao now had his glasses on "i have senior art classes everyday now apparently." he explained as i just nodded my head. "well see you guys at the café later!" seungcheol said as we nodded our heads, jeonghan pinched chan's cheek again and smiled at him "who's baby are you chan?" jeonghan asked him as chan sighed but smiled for jeonghan "jeonghannie's baby!" chan said as jeonghan pinched his cheek again and left for classes. "see you later sollie!" seungkwan said as he threw his arms around hansol as he patted the older's back "see you kwannie." hansol replied back as they both left for their classes. jun decided to drag minghao to his class before jun goes to his class which i thought was sweet, "hey, since we have the same classes before my last one wanna go there together?" i asked seokmin who smiled sweetly then nodded as we walked to our class together.

[dismissal]

i leave my guitar in the closet where everyone else leave theirs as i bow to my music teacher as i leave the classroom, to be greeted by my three dongsaengs. "hi hyung! you ready to leave?" chan asks me as i nodded my head "yeah, i just have to return some of my things inside my locker." i told them as they followed me to my locker as i open it to see some dark chocolate chips and a note again, "ohh another note?" hansol peeked over my shoulder as i brought the chips out and closed my locker. "i guess so." i said as i open the note again,

' shuaa~ we're heading to the café already, you like the chocolate? ;) xxx -seokmin x '

i smile at the note as i kept it in my bag's pocket while placing the box of chocolates in my bag, "why is seokmin hyung giving you a box of chocolate when it's not valentine's day yet?" chan asked me curiously but it sounded unreal, i raise an eyebrow at him then shrugged. "i don't know actually?" i told them as minghao pushed us towards the school gates, "come on! we might be late for work!" minghao said excitingly as i shrugged it out as we all walked towards the café. i walked in first as i gasped at what i saw, every furniture was decorated in flowers as minghao led me to the practice room and left me there. i see seokmin standing holding a small box smiling i walk up to him as he chuckled "was i too cliché?" he asked me as i nodded and smiled "it's still beautiful and sweet of you though." i told him as he looked kind of nervous and began to say somethings.

"hong jisoo, joshua hong. do you remember today? back when we were kindergarteners today was the day we met." seokmin said as i widened my eyes as i remembered today, "i didn't get to ask properly at the hospital, also since today is special for the two of us. i want to properly ask you." seokmin added as he opened the box and bring out a ring. "this is a promise ring by the way. jisoo will you be my boyfriend?" seokmin asked me again as tears were forming in my eyes as i launched myself over him in a hug and kissed him as he kissed me back. when we pulled away he slipped the ring on my ring finger next to the one seungcheol gave us, he also wore one as he brought his face near mine and kissed me again.
