a male sang softly as he looked down at a polaroid in his hand, smiled sadly at the photo and slid it in his pocket. he walked around the campus as this university allowed students to roam around when it was a weekend or a holiday, his phone started ringing as he got it from his jacket's pocket and checked the caller ID. he smiled as he saw the ID and answered and placed the phone near his ear "hey seokmin." the male said through his phone.
"hey joshua hyung! do you wanna come down to the cafe? all of us are here." a bubbly voice owned by another male named seokmin asked as joshua smiled and blushed a little, he checked the wall clock in the hall as it read '9:43'.
"y-yeah, i'll be there. see you seokmin-ah." joshua said through the phone suddenly feeling sick, "see you hyung!" seokmin said through the other end as he hung up. joshua started running to the nearest restroom, hovered above a sink and coughed up orange petals. his eyes widened in shock as he saw the petals before him, joshua held one petal and examined it.
"tulips... seokmin's favorite." joshua mumbled, his voice is a bit hoarse. the petal was orange, joshua always knew seokmin liked orange flowers, especially orange tulips. he sighed as he cleaned up the petals and threw it in the trash bin, walking out casually as he made his way to the cafe overthinking on his disease called hanahaki.
