as seokmin ended the call, i was already a blushing mess. seokmin is too good for me, i smiled at my phone then charged it. i was in the studio quite early than everyone else, i practiced the choreography when no one was around. as i stood up from the chair i was sitting on i started to cough out the flowers inside the practice room, i widened my eyes as i hurriedly cleaned up the petals and threw them in my bag. i sighed as i checked the time, it was already nine. lucky for us the official time the cafe opens is around 12-ish and ends at any time we want, i heard the door open as i see minghao, jun, chan and soonyoung.
"hi hyung!" chan said as he ran up to hug me, "hi chan, hi guys." i said as i waved to them "are you feeling any better hyung?" minghao asks me as i smiled and nodded at him "i'm feeling fine." i said reassuringly as i sat back down on my chair watching the performance unit practice for their unit song 'highlight'. as the others arrived and watched the performance unit practice, me and seokmin were sitting beside eachother examining the whipped people.
me and seokmin were quite the matchmakers, not really though, we just predict the relationships that will happen. like how me and seokmin predicted that mark tuan and jackson wang would be together and they did get together! also, i was blushing a lot. "hey hyung look how whipped jihoon hyung looks." seokmin whispered to me as i look over to jihoon staring at soonyoung with a blush on his face, i laughed a little as seokmin laughed with me. i look over to the others to see hansol and seungkwan playing around, "hey minnie." i called out to seokmin quietly as he looked at me cutely.
i blushed at him as i used my eyes to point at hansol and seungkwan, "who do you bet will confess first?" i asked him quietly as he looked at hansol and seungkwan back and forth. "i bet kwan would confess first." seokmin said as i looked at him surprised and laughed a little, "what about you?" he asked me as i thought about it. "i bet hansol would be the one to confess. he's more of the guy in the relationship." i told him as he actually nodded in agreement, we carefully leaned back on the mirror as i laughed in amusement when i saw seungcheol carelessly flirting to jeonghan who was blushing. i nudged seokmin as he looked at where i was looking and covered his mouth so he can laugh, "man, jeonghan hyung is really whipped for seungcheol hyung." seokmin said as i laughed quietly in agreement. "he sure is minnie-ah." i said as i remember the times jeonghan would rant to me how perfect seungcheol is during classes and when he visits my apartment, then seungcheol called us to change our clothes (if needed) so i had change clothes and watch out for the petals.
as i finished changing my clothes i walked out of the bathroom and followed the others upstairs to the cafe, we grabbed the aprons as i almost ran to the front door and flipped the sign to know that we're open. since mine and seungkwan's shift is done, seungkwan was in charge of the dishes as i offered to help in being a waiter and maybe later i might help the others in the kitchen. mostly seokmin and minghao, also jihoon even if he's scary, and entirely on mingyu because he makes a lot of accidents. i was wiping some of the desks as we heard the bell of the door ring as we looked up to see a guy with silver messy hair, "welcome to 'place of elysian' have a nice stay!" hansol said as the guy smiled "rocky!" chan said as he ran up and hugged him. "hey dino." this 'rocky' said as jeonghan looked at him "hello, who are you?" jeonghan asked him as rocky let go of the hug and bowed infront of us, "i'm park minhyuk. i'm a great friend of chan." minhyuk said as they talked for awhile and minhyuk ordered his food and drinks.
later on some other people came in the cafe as i left to the kitchen, i walked inside to see seokmin working on the milkshakes as minghao and jihoon were working on the orders and ingredients as mingyu did the food. i walked over to seokmin and watched him for a bit, he looked at me and jumped a little "oh hyung, you scared me a little bit." seokmin said as i laughed a little, "so did you guys get homework mail?" i asked him because students from soignè university get homework by mail or e-mail. so when there is an event the teachers just send it to us, "i got an e-mail from ms. lim to do a korean essay about aesthetic words." seokmin said as i nodded and tasted some of the milkshake,
"what about you?" he asked me as i recalled what i was e-mailed about. "i got a math assignment and an english book report about 'simon vs. the homo sapiens agenda', it's due after the festival which is kind of fair." i said as seokmin nodded along with me. "how does the banana velvet taste? is it good?" seokmin asked me as i tested the milkshake, i smiled in delight as i gave him a thumbs up. "it's delicious minnie. i'm sure they'll love this." i told him as i patted his shoulder and he smiled at me "thanks hyung! anyways i have to set up these milkshakes, wanna help?" seokmin asked me as i nodded and helped in pouring the milkshake in a plastic cup and making some designs on it.
seokmin looked so cute when he's working, it was fun seeing him and it just made my heart flutter more. i just hope that my hanahaki won't get me confined, but i smiled afterwards and looked over at seokmin.
atleast i still have my euphoria with me.
