Chapter 13  Getting my girl back home

~Teddy's P.O.V~

    Me, Katherine's father, and like five other vampires where on our way to where Kate was hiding out with a couple of slayers in New York. I'd had someone watching over her so I knew their was only three slayers with Katherine, and counting her that would mean four people and we had five men with us counting me and Mr. Ed so that was seven vampires total and vampires against three slayers and Kate was no biggy. If they decided to fight us back we could take them out easily all of them accept Kate of course. If it was up to me we would kill all of the slayers especially that Jake person that she has been fondling with for the past mouth, but I knew if we did that she would never forgive me and I mean I'm a vampire but I still have feelings and if she was hurt by my actions she would never forgive me so if they didn't fight back everything would be fine.

When we arrived all I could think was finally I get to have my beautiful soon to be full vampire wife. As I was getting out of the black van we where in Mr. Ed Katherine's father stopped me and said I think you should stay outside and wait just in case you get mad at what you see and kill everyone, now I don't want that happening so I think you should wait out here with the others in case I need back up which I doubt but you never know.

But Sir...

No buts Teddy you heard what I said.

Yes Sir... But hurry please I'm this close and I don't think I can handle waiting much longer.

My boy, I know he said with a laugh give me about five minutes and I bet I'll have her out of there.

As Mr. Ed went inside the house quietly I looked around and thought to my self damn Katherine's of royal blood and the princess for crying out loud look at this dump shes staying in. That poor girl I thought with a laugh, but soon she will be mine for good.

~Kate's P.O.V~

Before my eyes standing their was my father the king of all vampire kind. He had this mischievous smile on his face as he was looking back at me, all I could think was oh god this is not good.

It's a shame Katherine... He said with a sigh.

I can smell that mortal all over you, just wait until Teddy smells you he's going to be so mad at you.

I couldn't utter a word as I stared at my father, wait he said Teddy. Teddy's here I thought with a smile then I was like wait shut up Kate your trying to get over him because you want Jake now you love him. Right I thought when I caught Teddy's sent oh man I'm so not over him.

Teddy's here? I said.

Yes my dear Katherine and like I said it's a shame you know you broke that poor boys heart.

At his words I felt so bad because he was right I did brake Teddy's heart and he didn't even do anything wrong accept want what I should of wanted, what was destined for me by birth, but i didn't want to be future queen or become a damn vampire.

I was about to reply but before I could Issy walks out of her room and just freezes at the situation before her eyes I thought good shes smart. Thank gosh she didn't move and just stayed put.

When my father looked over at her his mischievous smile grew bigger, and before I could do anything he had his arms wrapped around her waist with his nose in her neck smelling her. Issy just stood their still frozen.

My father looked up at me and our eyes met he said hmmm shes smells really good Katherine. You know it's been years since I've had a human snack maybe I could just have a little bite. Would that be alright with you.

He smelled her again an then said nah not a little bite I want all of her.

When I noticed he wasn't lying and was about to bite into her neck I screamed no!

~Teddy's P.O.V~

I was just standing outside leaning against the side of the van we drove up here in when I heard Katherine scream no. As soon as I heard her voice and how frantic she sounded I ran into the house in a flash what I seen had my eyes widening.

Kate was standing in front of a bedroom door staring at her father with pleading eyes while her father had his nose in the neck of a human. What was he thinking we don't eat humans anymore so I was really shocked by his actions.

When they realized someone else had entered the house all three of them looked my way. Kate looked even more frightened when she saw me I wondered why, and her father just looked really angry.

I told you to wait outside!!! He yelled.

I heard movement coming from both bedrooms and when I looked at the door Katherine was in front of she was putting all of her weight on the door with someone on the other side pushing against it, then I heard a males voice.

Kate god damn it move!

When I heard the males voice I sniffed the air and got a wiff of Kate's smell she smelled like the person behind the door. When I realized why she smelled like him all my calm exploded and I screamed are you kidding me Katherine!

At least now I knew why she got even more frightened when she saw me come in.

She stayed against the door and looked away from me then towards the other door where there was another person coming out of. He just stood their frozen looking at Mr. Ed with a pissed off expression then it turned to sadness when he looked around the room I guessed he was realizing their was nothing he could do so he just stood their waiting to see what was to happen next.

Mr. Ed spoke up again with his nose back in the girls neck he whispered hmm what's your name when she didn't answer he grabbed her wrist and broke it the girl screamed.

Issy! It's Issy!

The boy tensed like he was about to do something but before he could do anything Kate yelled stop! And in a flash she had him in a choke lock while back at the door to not let the person shoving on the door out I really wished she'd move so I could kill that bastard she smelled like.

She looked at the dude she had in a choke lock and said look I'm sorry but if you did something he would of killed her and then you. Then which surprised me even more she threw him towards me I caught him easily. She looked at her father and said let her go and I'll come with you.

He just kept looking at her like he couldn't believe she gave in so easily and over a human.

Please! Father.

Finally he gave in and threw the girl on the ground gestured towards me.

Drop the boy Teddy where through here he said with disgust.

I threw the boy towards the girl and they hugged in an embrace.

Go outside now.

I obeyed his order and walked out the door he stopped right in front of it and said Katherine I'm tired of this game already come on get outside. She nodded with tears ready to escape her eyes and ran towards the door fast out of the house.

I guessed the reason why she was so fast was so the boy behind the door wouldn't get out. When she was outside her father grabbed her by the arm and threw her into the van.

All the vampires headed towards the van and got in, then we where on our way back to the kingdom finally I said with a sigh looking at Katherine as a tear escaped her eye I was to mad at her to give her any comfort.
