(14) That guy

~the next morning~
I put on a white tank top,black skinny short jeans and a pair of white heels. I apply a thin layer of lip gloss and drive to school.

I walk in the school and walk to my locker. I smile at Syd who's tied with Cole while laughing. I ignore them and open my locker. I grab my things and look around.

My eyes met Isaac's. I smile at him and he nodded then look away. That's weird. Maybe he's not in a good mood.

"Hey,Vee." I look at them and smile. "What's up?" I slammed my locker and lean against it. Cole is looking at Syd while smirking. How cute are they?

"How's everything with you?" I smile and look at her. "It's cool. But, Cole." He look up at me and say yeah.

"Is everything okay with Isaac? I mean he's weird today."

"Yeah, that guy is mysterious. But if it's disturbing you, I can talk to him about it."

I wave as 'its okay' while smiling. "I got it. It's fine,Cole. Let's head to class." I started walking and thoughts have going on my mind about him.

What did I do to make him acting like this towards me? But the biggest question is,how am I gonna go through our tuition session today? Fuck. I knew he'll be pissed at me someday.

~after school~
I walk out from the class while laughing with Syd. She seems happy af. I'm so glad for her to meet someone that'll make her this happy.

Suddenly, my phone buzzed. I take it out from my back pocket and stop as I reach my locker. It's a text from Isaac.

Isaac: Rain check on our tuition session. Got something to do.

That's it? No sorry? What the hell is wrong with this guy? Ughh.. I need help with studying. Maybe it's just today. I can handle it.

"Is everything okay? You seem... Regret and worried?" I look up at Syd and smile at her. "It's nothing. Let's grab some coffee and talk about Matthew Daddario." She chuckle and we walk out from the school.
