(12) Tutoring

Time flies and it's already Monday. I put on a white tight cropped top, black loose pants and a pair of white sneakers. I grab my things and drive to school.

As I arrived, Syd is waiting by the bench with two cups of coffee. She's talking to Cole,her crush,while smiling. He is smirking at her like they're some couple.

I walk towards them and greet them. "Hey,Syd and Cole." Cole quickly turn to face me and smile at me. "Hey,Vee." Syd look at me and hand me the cup of coffee. "So, how's your weekend,Vee?"

I look at Cole who's asking. "It's fine." He nodded and smile at me. I look at Syd awkwardly and he walks away after say his goodbyes.

"Uuuu... What's that about? Knight in shining armor is here." I tease her and laugh. I walk in the school happily with Syd by my side.

Suddenly, a muscular arm is around my shoulder. I look up to see who it is and it's Isaac with my brother by his side. He's smirking at me. "So, I'll be calling you my student and you'll be calling me your teacher by the time the clock strikes 4."

He wink at me and I chuckle. My brother remove his hand from my shoulder and put it down. Isaac tease him by gripping my waist and pull me closer. "Dude, stop touching my sister."

Syd and I laugh as my brother started yelling at Isaac. Isaac tighten his grip and I almost fell. The next second I realized is that his lip is so close to mine.

My brother quickly pull Isaac away from me and hit him at the back of his head. The bell rang and me and Syd walk to class.

~after school~
I change into a grey large hoodie,black short that fits perfectly underneath my hoodie and set the books in my room.

As I set up the books, the doorbell rang. Mike is gone to some stuff with his friends so he'll be back late and my parents is at some meeting with the Kingston. So practically it's just me and Isaac.

I head downstairs and open the door. Isaac is leaning against the door frame with his eyes closed while looking up. As I opened it, he smile and open his one eye to look at me.

"Hey, student." He stand straight and smile at me. I roll my eyes and welcome him in. He walk in and smile at me. I shut the door and asked him to follow me upstairs.

As we arrived at my room, I shut the door behind me and he put down his bag. He open up the zipper of the bag and take out the books.

I sit on my bed and open the book to study. He join me and take a deep breath. He sigh and look at me. "What are you staring at?"

He look away quickly and clear his throat. "Ok, so.. let's start off with the first chapter." He smile at me and I nodded in understanding.
